Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia o min. 40% w grupie 90 osób zamieszkujących na terenie subregionu Ełckiego, należących do następujących grup: osoby bezrobotne, w tym długotrwale bezrobotne,bierne zawodowo, niepełnosprawne, powyżej 50 roku życia, o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety w okresie od 01.07.2017 r. do 31.05.2019 r. W projekcie realizowane będą następujące zadnia: 1. Szkolenie zakresu aktywnego poszukiwania pracy "Szukam pracy", 2. Opracowanie lub aktualizacja Indywidualnego Planu Działania, 3. Wsparcie psychologiczne, 4. Pośrednictwo pracy, 5. Szkolenia/kursy zawodowe, 6. Staże, 7. Subsydiowane zatrudnienie. W projekcie uczestniczyć będzie 80 osób, w tym: 44 os. bezrobotne zarejestrowane w PUP, 20 osób biernych zawodowo, 16 osób bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy, zamieszkujących na terenie subregionu ełckiego. W wyniku zindywidualizowanego kompleksowego wsparcia min 40% uczestników projektu podejmie zatrudnienie. 10 os. podejmie subsydiowane zatrudnienie w ramach projektu, 30 osób podniesie kwalifikacje zawodowe podczas staży.Każdy uczestnik weźmie udział w szkoleniu ukierunkowanym na podniesienie kompetencji lub nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych. The aim of the project is to increase employment by at least 40 % in the group of 90 people living in the Ełcki subregion, belonging to the following groups: unemployed persons, including long-term unemployed, sequentially unemployed, disabled, over 50 years of age, low-skilled, women from 01.07.2017 to 31.05.2019. The project will carry out the following: 1. Training of the scope of active job search “Looking for a job”, 2. Development or update of the Individual Action Plan, 3. Psychological support, 4. Job mediation, 5. Vocational training/training, 6. Internships, 7. Subsidised employment. The project will be attended by 80 people, including: 44 unemployed persons registered in the PUP, 20 inactive persons, 16 unemployed persons not registered in employment offices, residing in the Elk subregion. As a result of individualised comprehensive support, at least 40 % of project participants will take up employment. 10 people will take up subsidised employment within the project, 30 people will increase their professional qualifications during traineeships.Each participant will take part in a training aimed at improving skills or acquiring professional qualifications. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter l’emploi d’au moins 40 % dans le groupe de 90 personnes vivant dans la sous-région d’Ełcki, appartenant aux groupes suivants: chômeurs, y compris les chômeurs de longue durée, employés, handicapés, âgés de plus de 50 ans, peu qualifiés, femmes du 1er juillet 2017 au 31 mai 2019. 1. Formation de la portée de la recherche active d’emploi «Je cherche un emploi», 2. Élaboration ou mise à jour du plan d’action individuel, 3. Soutien psychologique, 4. Placement de main-d’œuvre, 5. Formation/cours professionnels, 6. Stages, 7. Emplois subventionnés. 80 personnes participeront au projet, dont: 44 chômeurs inscrits à l’OLP, 20 personnes inactives, 16 chômeurs non inscrits dans les bureaux de placement, résidant dans la sous-région d’Ełtsk. Grâce à un soutien complet individualisé, au moins 40 % des participants au projet prendront un emploi. 10 personnes entreprendront des emplois subventionnés dans le cadre du projet, 30 personnes augmenteront leurs qualifications professionnelles au cours des stages.Chaque participant prendra part à une formation visant à améliorer les compétences ou à acquérir des qualifications professionnelles.
