cel projektu: Aktywizacja zawodowa w roku 2017 20 osób (w tym 12 osób biernych zawodowo, 8 bezrobotnych, 14 kobiet i 6 mężczyzn) w wieku pow. 29 r. życia niepełnosprawnych wzrokowo zamieszkałych na obszarze subregionu olsztyńskiego Zadania: 1. Identyfikacja potrzeb i diagnoza możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego Uczestnictwo w projekcie rozpocznie się od indywidualnego i grupowego doradztwa. Doradztwo będzie miało na celu szczegółową diagnozę potencjału psychospołecznego każdego uczestnika i predyspozycji zawodowych. 2. Wsparcie umiejętności miękkich Warsztaty grupowe prowadzone przez trenera umiejętności psychospołecznych. 3. Szkolenia zawodowe Przeprowadzone zostaną szkolenia zawodowe (ze względów komunikacyjnych w Olsztynie). 4. Staże 70% uczestników - 14 os. (zgodnie z potrzebami i możliwościami) zostanie skierowanych na 3-miesięczny staż . 5. Zatrudnienie wspomagane Trenerzy pracy będą wspierać uczestników w poszukiwaniu pracy, na stażach, oraz w początkowym okresie zatrudnienia. 6. Doradztwo Uczestnicy będą mogli korzystać ze wsparcia doradcy zawodowego oraz trenera umiejętności psychospołecznych. 7. Pośrednictwo pracy Podmiot zewnętrzny będą aktywnie poszukiwać pracy dla wszystkich uczestników. Każdemu przedstawią oferty pracy. Docelowo min. 6 osób (w tym m.in. wcześniejsi stażyści) zostanie zatrudnionych Grupa docelowa: 20 osób niepełnosprawnych z powodu wzroku zamieszkała na obszarze subregionu olsztyńskiego Efekty i rezultaty: 7 osób podejmie zatrudnienie efektywność zatrudnieniowa wśród osób niepełnosprawnych - 33% efektywność zatrudnieniowa wśród kobiet - 39% (Polish)

Identification of needs and diagnosis of professional improvement opportunities Participation in the project will start with individual and group advice. The advice will aim at a detailed diagnosis of the psychosocial potential of each participant and professional predisposition. 2. Support soft skills Group workshops conducted by a psychosocial skills trainer. 3. Vocational training will be conducted (for communication reasons in Olsztyn). 4. Traineeships 70 % of participants – 14 people. (according to needs and possibilities) will be directed to a 3-month internship. 5. Assisted employment Trainers will support participants in job search, internships, and in the initial period of employment. 6. Advice Participants will be able to benefit from the support of a professional advisor and a psychosocial skills coach. 7. Job Intermediation External Entity will actively seek work for all participants. They're going to present job offers to everyone. Target of at least 6 people (including, among others, previous trainees) will be employed target group: 20 people with disabilities due to vision residing in the Olsztyn subregion Effects and results: 7 people will take up employment efficiency among people with disabilities – 33 % employment efficiency among women – 39 % (English)

objectif du projet: Activation professionnelle en 2017 20 personnes (dont 12 inactives, 8 chômeurs, 14 femmes et 6 hommes) de la zone d’âge 29 ans de vie d’handicapés visuels vivant dans la région de la sous-région d’Olsztyn Tâches: 1. Identification des besoins et diagnostic des possibilités de perfectionnement professionnel. La participation au projet débutera par des conseils individuels et collectifs. Le conseil visera à établir un diagnostic détaillé du potentiel psychosocial de chaque participant et de ses aptitudes professionnelles. 2. Ateliers du groupe de soutien aux compétences douces organisés par un formateur de compétences psychosociales. 3. Une formation professionnelle sera dispensée (pour des raisons de communication à Olsztyn). 4. Stages 70 % des participants — 14 personnes (selon les besoins et les possibilités) seront orientés vers un stage de trois mois. 5. Les formateurs d’emploi assistés soutiendront les participants à la recherche d’emploi, aux stages et à la période initiale d’emploi. 6. Conseiller Les participants pourront bénéficier du soutien d’un conseiller en carrière et d’un formateur de compétences psychosociales. 7. Intermédiation d’emploi Les entités externes chercheront activement du travail pour tous les participants. Ils donneront une offre d’emploi à tout le monde. Le groupe cible sera recruté par un groupe cible d’au moins 6 personnes (y compris, entre autres, des stagiaires précédents): 20 personnes handicapées en raison de leur vision vivaient dans la sous-région d’Olsztyn Effets et résultats: 7 personnes prendront l’efficacité de l’emploi parmi les personnes handicapées — 33 % d’efficacité de l’emploi chez les femmes — 39 % (French)
