Celem interwencji jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia wśród: osób bezrobotnych,zarejestrowanych w UPPO, w wieku pow. 30rż (osoby długotrwale bezrobotne,osoby z niepełnosprawnościami,osoby starsze w wieku pow.50 roku życia, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach,kobiety- min. 80%) oraz bezrobotnych mężczyzn w wieku 30-49 lat,którzy nie należą do kategorii os. bezrob. znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (grupa ta dot. wyłącznie szkoleń, a jej udział w projekcie nie jest obligatoryjny).Grupa docelowa- osoby, o których mowa w celu interwencji.Status na rynku pracy określany jest w dniu rozpoczęcia uczestnictwa w projekcie.Wybór gr. docelowej jest zgodny z SZOOP RPOWiM2014-2020, a cel projektu jest zgodny z celem RPO WiM2014-2020 w zakresie Działania10.1.Realizacja projektu(w tym rekrutacji):01.01.2019r.-30.06.2020r.Zaktywizowanych zostanie 414os.Plan wsparcia(zadania)to:staże dla 194os.,szkolenia (zgodne z kryterium merytorycznym-specyficznym obligatoryjnym nr 4) dla 76os. Spośród 76 uczestników szkoleń indy. i grup.(kwalifikacyjne lub kompetencyjne) 36os. ukończy szkolenia zawodowe,a 12os. uzyska kwalifikacje do 4 tyg od zakończenia udziału w projekcie, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 88 os.,doposażenie/wyposażenie stanow. pracy dla 10os, pr interwencyjne dla 46os.Uczestnicy objęci będą usługą pośred. pracy lub poradnictwa zaw.Udział w projekcie pozwoli uzyskać kwalif. lub kompetencje(zgodnie z kryterium merytorycznym-specyficznym-obligatoryjnym nr 2). L’objectif de l’intervention est d’accroître l’emploi parmi: chômeurs, inscrits à l’UPPO, à l’âge de la région. 30j (chômeurs de longue durée, personnes handicapées, personnes âgées de 50 ans, personnes peu qualifiées, femmes au moins 80 %) et chômeurs de 30 à 49 ans, qui n’appartiennent pas à la catégorie des chômeurs qui se trouvent dans une situation particulièrement difficile sur le marché du travail (ce groupe ne concerne que la formation et sa participation au projet n’est pas obligatoire). et l’objectif du projet est conforme à l’objectif du ROP WiM2014-2020 dans le domaine de la mesure10.1.Mise en œuvre du projet (y compris le recrutement): 01.01.2019-30.06.2020. 414os seront activés.Plan d’appui(tâches)to:staże pour 194 personnes,formation (critère spécifique 4) pour 76. Sur les 76 participants en indi. et en groupes. (qualification ou compétence) 36 personnes achèveront une formation professionnelle, et 12 personnes obtiendront des qualifications jusqu’à 4 semaines à compter de la fin du projet, des fonds ponctuels pour le démarrage d’une entreprise pour 88 personnes, l’adaptation/l’équipement de l’état de travail pour 10 personnes, l’intervention pour 46 personnes. Les participants recevront le service de travail ou de conseil. La participation au projet vous permettra d’obtenir une qualification ou une compétence (selon le critère de fond-obligatoire no 2). Il vous permettra d’acquérir des compétences pratiques pour effectuer un travail — effectuer des tâches sur le lieu de travail, sans entrer dans une relation de travail (stages), ce qui augmentera les chances de trouver un emploi.Grâce au travail d’intervention, travail/équipement de travail et des fonds ponctuels pour accéder au département chômage, les conditions et l’assistance sont créées pour occuper un emploi/auto-emploi.Le projet aboutira à des indicateurs de réalisation et de résultat — voir 3.1.1 (French)
