Celem proj. jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku powyżej 29 r.ż. z terenu powiatu mrągowskiego, zarejestr. w PUP w Mrągowie jako bezrobotne, posiadających ustalony I lub II profil pomocy, należących co najmniej do jednej z grup: osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób niepełnosprawnych, osób powyżej 50 r.ż., kobiet, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Wsparciem objęte będą 103 osoby (55K/48M), w tym co najmniej 45 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych i co najmniej 7 osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.09.2015r. do 30.06.2016r (rekrutacja zakończy się 31.12.2015r.). Udzielenie wsparcia w ramach projektu każdorazowo poprzedzone będzie identyfikacją potrzeb uczestn. projektu poprzez określenie dla każdego z nich profilu pomocy i opracowaniem Indywidualnego Planu Działania bądź ich aktualizacji. Na tej podstawie uczestn. przyznawana będzie taka forma pomocy z katalogu usług i instrumentów rynku pracy z Ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, która zostanie u nich zidentyfikowana, jako niezbędna w celu poprawy ich sytuacji na rynku pracy lub uzyskania zatrudnienia. W ramach projektu zaplanowano usługi pośrednictwa pracy/poradnictwa zawodowego oraz staże dla 56 osób, szkolenia dla 8 osób (w tym udział 2 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 0 osób niepełnosprawnych), wyposażenie/doposażenie stanowiska pracy dla 22 osób, przyznanie jednorazowych środków na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 17 osób. Główne rezultaty projektu to min.: osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej uczestniczek i uczestników niepełnosprawnych na poziomie co najmniej 12%, długotrwale bezrobotnych na poziomie co najmniej 30%, o niskich kwalifikacjach na poziomie co najmniej 31%, a dla pozostałych na poziomie co najmniej 38%. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of persons over the age of 29 from the area of Mrągow County, registered in the PUP in Mrągowo as unemployed, having an established I or II aid profile, belonging to at least one of the groups: long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, people over 50 years old, women and low-skilled. 103 people (55K/48M) will be supported, including at least 45 long-term unemployed and at least 7 people with disabilities. The project will be implemented in the period from 01.09.2015 to 30.06.2016 (recruitment will end 31.12.2015). The provision of support within the project will be preceded by identifying the needs of the project, by identifying the aid profile for each of them and developing an Individual Action Plan or updating them. On this basis, such a form of assistance will be granted from the catalogue of services and labour market instruments from the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, which will be identified with them as necessary in order to improve their situation on the labour market or to obtain employment. The project included intermediation/vocational counselling services and internships for 56 people, training for 8 people (including the participation of 2 long-term unemployed, 0 people with disabilities), equipping/equipment of a job for 22 people, granting one-off funds for starting a business for 17 people. The main results of the project are: achieve the employability of participants and disabled participants of at least 12 %, long-term unemployed of at least 30 %, with low-skilled levels of at least 31 % and for the remaining at least 38 %. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans du comté de Mrągowski, inscrites à l’OLP à Mrągow en tant que chômeurs, avec un profil d’aide fixe I ou II, appartenant à au moins l’un des groupes suivants: les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes handicapées, les personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, les femmes, les personnes peu qualifiées. 103 personnes (55K/48M) bénéficieront d’un soutien, dont au moins 45 chômeurs de longue durée et au moins 7 personnes handicapées. Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 1er septembre 2015 au 30 juin 2016 (le recrutement se terminera le 31.12.2015). Le soutien au projet sera toujours précédé par l’identification des besoins des participants au projet, par la définition du profil d’aide pour chacun d’eux et par l’élaboration d’un plan d’action individuel ou leur mise à jour. Sur cette base, la participation bénéficiera d’une telle forme d’assistance au titre du catalogue des services et des instruments du marché du travail de la loi du 20 avril 2004 sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, qui seront identifiées en tant que de besoin en vue d’améliorer leur situation sur le marché du travail ou d’obtenir un emploi. Le projet prévoit des services de placement/orientation professionnelle et des stages pour 56 personnes, une formation pour 8 personnes (y compris la participation de 2 chômeurs de longue durée, 0 personnes handicapées), l’équipement/le renouvellement d’un lieu de travail pour 22 personnes, l’octroi de fonds ponctuels pour la création d’une entreprise pour 17 personnes. Les principaux résultats du projet sont les suivants: atteindre l’efficacité en matière d’emploi des participants et des participants handicapés d’au moins 12 %, des chômeurs de longue durée d’au moins 30 %, des personnes peu qualifiées d’au moins 31 % et d’au moins 38 % pour les autres.
