Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 80 bezrobotnych mieszkańców województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego w wieku 15-29 lat. W grupie docelowej znajdą się wyłącznie osoby bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w ewidencji powiatowych urzędów pracy, a szczególny nacisk zostanie położony na wsparcie osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami i niepełnosprawnościami.Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej ścieżki dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje zawodowe, uzyskać uprawnienia zawodowe lub zdobyć kompetencje, do staży w zakładach pracy, kończąc na pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu).Realizacja projektu zakończy się w czerwcu 2022 roku. The aim of the project is to strengthen employment opportunities on the labour market of a group of 80 unemployed residents of Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship aged 15-29. The target group will include only unemployed people who are not registered in the register of district employment offices, and special emphasis will be placed on the support of people with low qualifications and disabilities. The project provides for a comprehensive and individual approach to each participant, offering a wide range of forms of support (from career guidance and establishing an individual career path, through courses and trainings allowing to acquire professional qualifications, obtain professional qualifications or acquire competences, to internships in workplaces, ending with job mediation and employment).The project will be completed in June 2022. L’objectif du projet est de renforcer les possibilités d’emploi sur le marché du travail d’un groupe de 80 chômeurs de voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie âgés de 15 à 29 ans. Le projet prévoit une approche globale et individuelle pour chaque participant, offrant un large éventail de formes de soutien (de l’orientation professionnelle à l’établissement d’un parcours professionnel individuel, en passant par des cours et des formations permettant d’acquérir des qualifications professionnelles, d’obtenir des qualifications professionnelles ou d’acquérir des compétences, jusqu’à des stages sur le lieu de travail, se terminant par la médiation et l’emploi).Le projet sera achevé en juin 2022.
