Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji w zakresie rozwiązań związanych z organizacją i finansowaniem opieki nad dziećmi do lat trzech przedst. władz sam.(gminnego, powiatowego, woj.), prac. jed. org. odpowiedzialnych za rozwój form opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, przedst. pod. niepublicznych prowadzących/planujących prowadzenie inst. opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 z woj. pomorskiego poprzez udział 283 (227K56M) ucz. w szkoleniach, zebranie i upowszechnienie dobrych praktyk w okresie od I 2020 do X 2021r. Główne rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu, przyczynią się do realizacji celów PO WER, w szczególności wpisują się w realizację celu szczegółowego nr 4: Podniesienie kompetencji przedstawicieli podmiotów tworzących i prowadzących instytucje opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3.Zakłada się iż 90%ucz. podniesie lub nabędzie kompetencje w zakresie rozwiązań związanych z organizacją i finansowaniem opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, dzięki udziałowi w szkoleniach.W ramach projektu zaplanowano działania :1. Działania merytoryczne związane niezbędne do pozyskania uczestników, zaplanowane w oparciu analizę dokumentacji dot. realizacji konkursów w ramachdziałania 2.1 oraz podjęcie współpracy z IZ RPO /RPI oraz skierowane głownie do gmin o niskim % użłobkowienia.2. Szkolenia 27 godzinne dla uczestników w oparciu o szczegółowe programy opracowane dla każdej grupy indywidualnie ( na podst. diagnozy potrzeb ) w oparciu o ramowe programy (zgodne z załącznikiem nr 10 i 11 do regul.) z uwzględnieniem 3 dodatkowych tematów, zaproponowanych przez Wniosk.3. Przygotowanie i rozpowszechnienie publikacji zawierającej opisy dobrych praktyk wraz z rekomendacjami dla tworzonych i działających w woj. powiatach/gminach inst. opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz kompendium wiedzy przekazywanej podczas szkoleń. The aim of the project is to improve competence in the field of solutions related to the organisation and financing of childcare for children up to the age of three predecessors (municipal, district, voivodship), works. one org. responsible for the development of forms of care for children up to 3 years old, predecessor non-public conducting/planning of care for children up to 3 years from Pomorskie voivodship through participation of 283 (227K56M) students in training, gathering and disseminating good practices in the period from I 2020 to X 2021. The main results to be achieved through the implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the OP KED, in particular specific objective 4: Improving the competences of representatives of entities setting up and running care institutions for children up to the age of 3.It is assumed that 90 % of the teaching will increase or acquire competence in the field of solutions related to the organisation and financing of childcare for children up to 3 years, thanks to participation in training. Substantive activities necessary to attract participants, planned on the basis of the analysis of the documentation for the implementation of competitions under measure 2.1, and the undertaking of cooperation with the MA ROP/RPI and directed mainly to municipalities with a low % of the population.2. 27-hour training for participants based on detailed programmes developed for each group individually (subsequent to the diagnosis of needs) based on framework programmes (compliant with Annexes 10 and 11 to the Regulation) taking into account the 3 additional themes proposed by the Conclusions.3. Preparing and disseminating a publication containing descriptions of good practices and recommendations for districts/municipalities of care for children up to 3 years old and a compendium of knowledge provided during training. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer les compétences dans le domaine des solutions liées à l’organisation et au financement de la garde d’enfants jusqu’à l’âge de trois prédécesseurs (municipal, district, voïvodie), travaux d’un oug. chargé du développement des formes de prise en charge des enfants jusqu’à 3 ans, prédécesseur non public de la prise en charge des enfants jusqu’à 3 ans de voïvodie de Pomorskie par la participation de 283 étudiants (227K56M) à la formation, à la collecte et à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques au cours de la période allant de I 2020 à X 2021. Les principaux résultats à atteindre grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet contribueront à la réalisation des objectifs du PO KED, en particulier de l’objectif spécifique no 4: Améliorer les compétences des représentants des entités qui mettent en place et administrent des institutions de garde d’enfants jusqu’à l’âge de 3.Il est supposé que 90 % de l’enseignement augmentera ou acquerra des compétences dans le domaine des solutions liées à l’organisation et au financement de la garde d’enfants jusqu’à 3 ans, grâce à la participation à la formation. Les activités de fond nécessaires pour attirer les participants, planifiées sur la base de l’analyse de la documentation relative à la mise en œuvre des concours au titre de la mesure 2.1, et de l’engagement de la coopération avec le ROP/RPI de l’AMM et destinées principalement aux municipalités ayant un faible pourcentage de la population.2. Formation de 27 heures pour les participants sur la base de programmes détaillés élaborés pour chaque groupe individuellement (après le diagnostic des besoins) sur la base de programmes-cadres (conforme aux annexes 10 et 11 du règlement) en tenant compte des 3 thèmes supplémentaires proposés dans les conclusions.3. Préparation et diffusion d’une publication contenant des descriptions des bonnes pratiques et des recommandations à l’intention des districts/municipalités de prise en charge des enfants de moins de 3 ans et un recueil des connaissances fournies au cours de la formation.
