Przedmiotem projektu jest w wprowadzenie e-usług w ochronie zdrowia z wykorzystaniem Wspólnej Platformy Informacyjnej (WPI). W ramach projektu wdrożone zostanie odpowiednie oprogramowanie oraz zakupiony zostanie niezbędny sprzęt, który umożliwi świadczenie e-usług oraz zapewnienie elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów. Beneficjentami są: -Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej w Białej -Samodzielny Publiczny Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej ZOZ w Głuchołazach -Samodzielny Publiczny Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu -Opolskie Centrum Rehabilitacji w Korfantowie -Centrum Terapii Nerwic w Mosznej Sp. z o.o. -Zespół Szkół Medycznych w Brzegu. W ramach prac zostanie zakupiona i zainstalowana u wszystkich partnerów infrastruktura informatyczna umożliwiająca realizację przedsięwzięcia. Na infrastrukturę złożą się przede wszystkim: prace w obrębie serwerowni w siedzibach wybranych Partnerów, wykonanie sieci w Szkole Medycznej w Brzegu, zakup niezbędnego sprzętu informatycznego i peryferyjnego. Ponadto zakupione zostanie oprogramowanie. Oprócz systemu EDM i e-usług, przewidziane są systemy obsługujące środowisko pracy systemu EDM (bazy danych, wirtualizacja), czy zwiększające bezpieczeństwo. Oddzielny element stanowi integracja dwustronna z platformą informatyczną zwaną Wspólną Platformą Informatyczną –skrót WPI (dedykowane konfiguracje Avatara), uwzględniająca specyfikę danego Beneficjenta. W ramach projektu planowane są też szkolenia. Wskaźniki: Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości 4: 34 Liczba udostępnionych usług wewnątrzadministrac. The subject of the project is to introduce e-services in health care using the Common Information Platform (WPI). The beneficiaries shall be: —Health Care Team in Biała – Self-Public Health Care Department ZOZ in Głuchołazy – Independent Public Health Care Team in Kędzierzyn-Koźl – Polish Rehabilitation Centre in Korfantów – Center for Therapy Nerwic in Moszna Sp. z o.o. -School School in Medical As part of the work, IT infrastructure will be purchased and installed from all partners to enable the implementation of the project. Infrastructure will consist primarily of: works within the server room in the offices of selected Partners, networking at the Medical School in Brzeg, purchase of necessary IT and peripheral equipment. In addition, software will be purchased. In addition to the EMD system and e-services, there are also systems that support the working environment of the EMD system (databases, virtualisation) and increase security. A separate element is a bilateral integration with an IT platform called the Common IT Platform – abbreviation of WPI (dedicated Avatar configurations), taking into account the specificities of the beneficiary. L’objet du projet est l’introduction de services en ligne dans les soins de santé au moyen de la plateforme commune d’information (WPI). Le projet mettra en œuvre les logiciels appropriés et achètera l’équipement nécessaire pour permettre la fourniture de services électroniques et la circulation électronique des documents. Les bénéficiaires sont: —Équipe de soins de santé à Biała — Service de santé publique autonome ZOZ à Głuchołazy — Équipe de soins de santé publique autonome à Kędzierzyn-Koźle — Centre de réadaptation Opolskie à Korfantów — Centre de thérapie de Nerw à Moszna Sp. z o.o. — Écoles de médecine à Brzeg. Dans le cadre des travaux, l’infrastructure informatique pour la mise en œuvre du projet sera achetée et installée auprès de tous les partenaires. L’infrastructure consistera principalement en: fonctionne à l’intérieur de la salle serveur au siège de partenaires sélectionnés, mise en œuvre du réseau à l’École de médecine de Brzeg, achat de l’équipement informatique et périphérique nécessaire. En outre, le logiciel sera acheté. Outre le système EDM et les services électroniques, il existe des systèmes qui prennent en charge l’environnement de travail du système EDM (bases de données, virtualisation) ou améliorent la sécurité. Un élément distinct est une intégration recto-verso avec une plate-forme informatique appelée plate-forme d’information commune — WPI abrégée (configurations Avatar dédiées), en tenant compte des spécificités du bénéficiaire.
