Проектното предложение прeдвижда изготвяне на план за действие за опазване на популациите на пеперудата Бяло-v (Nymphalis vaualbum) за периода 2019 – 2028 г. Актуалната таксономична номенклатура включва родово и видово име Nymphalis l-album. В Приложение II на Директива 92/43/ЕИО фигурира като Nymphalis vaualbum. В настоящия проект видът е отбелязан като Nymphalis vaualbum и/или Nymphalis l-album, тъй като двата синомнима се приемат за напълно равностойни, а докладът от последното картиране за вида е с родово и видове име Nymphalis l-album. Изпълнението на проекта ще включва изготвяне на задание и неговото съгласуване, теренно проучване, анализ на информацията от него в съчетание с тази от предходни проучвания. В резултат ще бъдат определи възстановителни, поддържащи и др. природозащитни мерки за целевия вид от мрежата Натура 2000 за период от 10 години. Планът за действие ще бъде разработен в съответствие с изискванията на НАРЕДБА № 5 от 01.08.2003 г. С изпълнението на проекта ще бъде подпомогнато изпълнението на мярка 20 от НПРД) и ще се допринесе за подкрепа на видa, предмет на опазване в мрежата Натура 2000 с цел постигане на по-добра степен на съхраненост. The project proposal provides for the preparation of an action plan for the conservation of the populations of the White-v butterfly (Nymphalis vaualbum) for the period 2019-2028. The current taxonomic nomenclature includes the generic and species name Nymphalis l-album. Annex II to Directive 92/43/EEC lists as Nymphalis vaualbum. In this project, the species is referred to as Nymphalis vaualbum and/or Nymphalis l-album, as the two synonyms are considered to be completely equivalent and the report from the last mapping for the species is generic and species Nymphalis l-album. The implementation of the project will include the preparation of terms of reference and its coordination, a field study, an analysis of its information in combination with that of previous studies. As a result, restoration, maintenance, etc. conservation measures for the target species of the Natura 2000 network will be identified for a period of 10 years. The action plan will be developed in accordance with the requirements of Regulation No 5 of 1 August 2003. The implementation of the project will support the implementation of measure 20 of the NDRC) and will contribute to supporting the species subject to conservation in the Natura 2000 network in order to achieve a better conservation status. La proposition de projet prévoit l’élaboration d’un plan d’action pour la conservation des populations de papillons blancs (Nymphalis vaualbum) pour la période 2019-2028. La nomenclature taxonomique actuelle comprend le nom générique et le nom d’espèce Nymphalis l-album. L’annexe II de la directive 92/43/CEE énumère les Nymphalis vaualbum. Dans ce projet, l’espèce est appelée Nymphalis vaualbum et/ou Nymphalis l-album, car les deux synonymes sont considérés comme complètement équivalents et le rapport de la dernière cartographie de l’espèce est générique et l’espèce Nymphalis l-album. La mise en œuvre du projet comprendra l’élaboration d’un mandat et sa coordination, une étude sur le terrain, une analyse de ses informations en combinaison avec celles des études précédentes. En conséquence, des mesures de conservation pour les espèces cibles du réseau Natura 2000 seront identifiées pour une période de 10 ans. Le plan d’action sera élaboré conformément aux exigences du règlement no 5 du 1er août 2003. La mise en œuvre du projet soutiendra la mise en œuvre de la mesure 20 de la NDRC) et contribuera à soutenir les espèces soumises à la conservation dans le réseau Natura 2000 afin de parvenir à un meilleur état de conservation.
