Проектното предложение прeдвижда изготвяне на план за действие за опазване на популациите на Калописиев дланeкоренник (Dactylorhiza kalopisii E. Nelson) Месесточервен дланeкоренник (Dactylorhiza incarnata (L.) SOO) за периода 2019 – 2028 г. Изпълнението на проекта ще включва анализ на наличната информация за oпределяне на възстановителни, поддържащи и др. природозащитни мерки за целевия вид от мрежата Натура 2000 за период от 10 години. За подготовка на плана ще бъде използвана цялата налична информация, събрана на територията на страната, съгласуваното Задание за разработване на План за действие за опазване на опазване на популациите на опазване на популациите на Калописиев дланeкоренник (Dactylorhiza kalopisii E. Nelson) Месесточервен дланeкоренник (Dactylorhiza incarnata (L.) SOO) в България. Планът за действие ще бъде разработен в съответствие с изискванията на НАРЕДБА № 5 от 1.08.2003 г. С изпълнението на проекта ще бъде разработен план за действие за целевите видове Калописиев дланeкоренник и Месесточервен дланeкоренник (изпълнение на мярка 20 от НПРД), с което ще се допринесе за подкрепа на видовете, предмет на опазване в мрежата Натура 2000 с цел постигане на по-добра степен на съхраненост. The project proposal provides for the preparation of an action plan for the conservation of the populations of the Kalopsiev palm root (Dactylorhiza kalopisii E. Nelson) for the period 2019-2028. The implementation of the project will include an analysis of the information available to identify restoration, maintenance, etc. conservation measures for the target species of the Natura 2000 network for a period of 10 years. To prepare the plan, all available information collected on the territory of the country will be used, the agreed Terms of Reference for the development of an Action Plan for the Conservation of Populations of the Conservation of the Populations of the Populations of Kalopizium Palme Root (Dactylorhiza kalopisii E. Nelson) Meat Red Palmeroot (Dactylorhiza incarnata (L.) SOO) in Bulgaria. The action plan will be developed in accordance with the requirements of Regulation No 5 of 1.08.2003. With the implementation of the project, an action plan will be developed for the target species of Kalopsiev palm root and Messistored palm root (implementation of measure 20 of the NDRC), which will contribute to supporting species subject to conservation in the Natura 2000 network in order to achieve a better conservation status. La proposition de projet prévoit l’élaboration d’un plan d’action pour la conservation des populations de la racine de palme de Kalopsiev (Dactylorhiza kalopisii E. Nelson) pour la période 2019-2028. La mise en œuvre du projet comprendra une analyse des informations disponibles pour identifier les mesures de restauration, de maintien, etc. pour les espèces cibles du réseau Natura 2000 pour une période de 10 ans. Pour préparer le plan, toutes les informations disponibles recueillies sur le territoire du pays seront utilisées, les termes de référence convenus pour l’élaboration d’un plan d’action pour la conservation des populations de la population de Kalopizium Palme Racine (Dactylorhiza kalopisii E. Nelson) Meat Red Palmeroot (Dactylorhiza incarnata (L.) SOO) en Bulgarie. Le plan d’action sera élaboré conformément aux exigences du règlement no 5 du 1.08.2003. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet, un plan d’action sera élaboré pour les espèces cibles de la racine de palme de Kalopsiev et de la racine de palme Messistorée (mise en œuvre de la mesure 20 de la NDRC), qui contribuera à soutenir les espèces soumises à la conservation dans le réseau Natura 2000 afin de parvenir à un meilleur état de conservation.
