Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os.młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie janowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 321 uczest. W ramach projektu, każdemu z uczestn. przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywiz. zawod., poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej pods. PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Głównym rezultatem projektu pn. "Aktywizacja osób młodych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie janowskim (V)" będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum 162 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP.tj. w przypadku osób pozostających bez pracy w momencie przystąp. do projektu. W projekcie zakłada się realizację minimalnych poziomów efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla wszystkich grup docelowych. KRYT. DOST. NR 4 S.pełnienie powyższego kryterium będzie weryfikowane w okresie realizacji projektu i po jego zakończeniu, zgodnie z Wytycz. w zakresie realizacji przedsięw. z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020, zgodnie z którymi kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej określa się jako odsetek uczestników, którzy po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie współfinansowanym ze środków EFS podjęły zatrudnienie zgodnie z warunkami określonymi w ww. The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Janów County. The project will support 321 participants. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le comté de Janów. Le projet soutiendra 321 participants.
