Przedmiotem projektu jest udostępnienie odbiorcom nowej aplikacji mobilnej MobiBIP dostępu do informacji sektora publicznego w tym głównie publikowanych w systemach podmiotowych BIP oraz udostępnienie e-usługi zaawansowanej wyszukiwarki informacji sektora publicznego. Projekt obejmuje wytworzenie nowego oprogramowania oraz zbudowanie aplikacji mobilnej. Głównym celem projektu jest umożliwienie użytkownikom (mieszkańcom, przedsiębiorcom, pracownikom firm, pracownikom instytucji publicznych, mediom, organizacjom pozarządowym) szybkiego, efektywnego, bezpiecznego oraz funkcjonalnego dostępu do pewnych, zweryfikowanych i potwierdzonych informacji sektora publicznego, w tym głównie z systemów BIP. Konieczne jest dostarczenie specjalizowanego narzędzia wyszukiwania, które przez wykorzystanie specyfiki oraz zestandaryzowanie wymiany informacji z systemami informatycznymi ISP przede wszystkim w znaczący sposób przyspieszy i ułatwi dostęp do ISP. Umożliwi łatwe zarządzanie własnym “portfelem” tematów, treści, linków i kanałów komunikacji z ISP.Aplikacja MobiBIP wraz z systemem zaawansowanej wyszukiwarki ISP przeszuka, skataloguje oraz udostępni informacje oczekiwane przez użytkownika ISP.Dzięki wieloletniemu doświadczeniu w projektowaniu, utrzymaniu oraz świadczeniu usługi operatora BIP partner i wnioskodawca wiedzą jak rozwiązać problemy techniczne oraz jakie mechanizmy wynikające ze specyfiki treści ISP wykorzystać, aby stworzyć efektywne narzędzie dostępu mieszkańców, pracowników podmiotów oraz przedsiębiorcom do treści BIP bez względu na informatyczne rozwiązania techniczne zastosowane do zapisu, przechowywania oraz publikowania ISP. The aim of the project is to provide the recipients of the new MobiBIP mobile application with access to public sector information, including those mainly published in the personal BIP systems, and to provide the e-service of an advanced search engine for public sector information. The project includes the development of new software and the construction of a mobile application. The main objective of the project is to give users (residents, entrepreneurs, employees of companies, employees of public institutions, media, NGOs) quick, efficient, safe and functional access to certain, verified and validated public sector information, including mainly from BIP systems. It is necessary to provide a specialised search tool which, by exploiting specific features and standardising the exchange of information with ISP IT systems, will in particular significantly speed up and facilitate access to PSI. It will allow you to easily manage your own “wallet” of topics, content, links and channels of communication with the ISP. The MobiBIP application together with the advanced ISP search engine system will search, catalogue and make available the information expected by the ISP user. Thanks to many years of experience in designing, maintaining and providing the BIP operator, the partner and the applicant know how to solve technical problems and what mechanisms resulting from the specificity of the ISP content to be used to create an effective tool for access of residents, employees of entities and entrepreneurs to BIP content regardless of the IT technical solutions used for recording, storing and publishing ISP. L’objectif du projet est de fournir aux destinataires de la nouvelle application mobile MobiBIP un accès aux informations du secteur public, y compris celles qui sont principalement publiées dans les systèmes personnels BIP, et de fournir le service en ligne d’un moteur de recherche avancé pour les informations du secteur public. Le projet comprend le développement de nouveaux logiciels et la construction d’une application mobile. L’objectif principal du projet est de donner aux utilisateurs (résidents, entrepreneurs, employés d’entreprises, employés d’institutions publiques, médias, ONG) un accès rapide, efficace, sûr et fonctionnel à certaines informations du secteur public vérifiées et validées, notamment à partir des systèmes BIP. Il est nécessaire de fournir un outil de recherche spécialisé qui, en exploitant des caractéristiques spécifiques et en normalisant l’échange d’informations avec les systèmes informatiques des FAI, accélérera et facilitera considérablement l’accès aux ISP. Il vous permettra de gérer facilement votre propre «portefeuille» de sujets, de contenus, de liens et de canaux de communication avec le FAI. L’application MobiBIP ainsi que le système avancé de moteur de recherche du FAI rechercheront, catalogueront et mettront à disposition les informations attendues par l’utilisateur du FAI. Grâce à de nombreuses années d’expérience dans la conception, la maintenance et la mise à disposition de l’opérateur BIP, le partenaire et le demandeur savent comment résoudre les problèmes techniques et quels mécanismes résultant de la spécificité du contenu du FAI à utiliser pour créer un outil efficace pour l’accès des résidents, des employés des entités et des entrepreneurs au contenu BIP indépendamment des solutions techniques informatiques utilisées pour l’enregistrement, le stockage et la publication des FAI.
