Wszelkie działania w ramach projektu skupią się przede wszystkim na stworzeniu oraz utrzymaniu 10 zewnętrznych punktów bezpłatnego, publicznego dostępu do internetu o wysokich parametrach technicznych. Możliwość korzystania z hotspotów będzie dostępne dla każdego w równym stopniu. Beneficjent zobowiązuje się do zachowania zasad równości i niedyskryminacji wobec użytkowników. Beneficjent zobowiązuje się również do odpowiedniego utrzymania,serwisowania i zachowania stałej wysokiej wydajności urządzeń i udostępnianego za ich pośrednictwem dostępudo internetu. Punkty dostępu do bezpłatnego internetu dla każdego zostaną zlokalizowane w łatwo dostępnych miejscach publicznych. Celem projektu jest umożliwienie za pośrednictwem hotspotów, dostępu do korzystania z usług cyfrowych i przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemu związanego z brakiem dostępu do sieci internet.Publiczne punkty dostępu do internetu zostanąza instalowane w instytucjach użyteczności publicznej jak i zewnętrznej przestrzeni ogólnodostępnej. Zewnętrzne punkty dostępu będą zlokalizowane w: 4 przy szkolnych orlikach, 2 Otwartych Strefach Aktywności, plac przy Urzędzie Gminy, kompleksie rekreacyjnym - scena w m. Strzepcz, plac zabaw przy Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w m. Lewino, stadion gminny w m. Linia. Gmina zdecydowała się skorzystać z opcji nr 1załącznika "Wymagania dla WiFi" (10 zewnętrznych oraz 0 wewnętrznych punktów dostępu). (Polish)

The aim of the project is to enable access to digital services through hotspots and to tackle social exclusion linked to lack of access to the internet.Public internet access points will be installed in public utilities as well as external public spaces. External access points will be located in: 4 by the school eagles, 2 Open Activity Zones, a square near the Municipal Office, a recreational complex – a scene in the town of Strzepcz, a playground at the Voluntary Fire Brigade in Lewino, a municipal stadium in the city of Line. Toutes les activités du projet porteront principalement sur la création et la maintenance de 10 points externes d’accès gratuit à l’internet public avec des paramètres techniques élevés. La possibilité d’utiliser des hotspots sera accessible à tous sur un pied d’égalité. Le bénéficiaire s’engage à respecter les principes d’égalité et de non-discrimination à l’égard des utilisateurs. Le bénéficiaire s’engage également à maintenir, à maintenir et à maintenir la haute performance continue des appareils et l’accès à l’internet par leur intermédiaire. La municipalité a décidé d’utiliser l’option 1 de l’annexe «Exigences Wi-Fi» (10 points d’accès externes et 0 points d’accès internes). (French)
