Проекта е насочен към осигуряването на качествена грижа за лицата с увреждания, включително с тежки множествени увреждания и техните семейства на територията на Община Шумен.За постигането на тази цел ще бъде изграден Дневен център за подкрепа на лица с увреждания и техните семейства , включително с тежки множествени увреждания, който да осигури комплексна подкрепа за целевите групи чрез предоставяне на интегрирани социално-здравни услуги в общността. В ДЦЛУТМУ гр.Шумен ще се предоставят следните специализирани услуги: на качествена грижа за лицата с увреждания, включително с тежки множествени увреждания и техните семейства и подкрепа, включително и на лицата полагащи грижи за лицата от целевата група; осигуряване на краткосрочни услуги по заместваща грижа чрез подкрепа на семействата полагащи грижи за лица с увреждания; подкрепа чрез мерки и интегрирани подходи за мотивиране и насърчаване участието на пазара на труда на лица зависими от грижи и лица, полагащи грижи за тях. Ефективното функциониране на Центъра ще бъде осигурено от висококвалифициран и обучен екип за управлението му, състоящ се от специалисти с опит в сферата на здравното обслужване, социалната и консултативна дейност,психологическа и терапевтична подкрепа. The project aims at providing quality care for persons with disabilities, including with severe multiple disabilities and their families on the territory of Shumen Municipality. To achieve this goal, a Day Care Centre will be established for the support of persons with disabilities and their families, including with severe multiple disabilities, which will provide comprehensive support for the target groups by providing integrated social and health services in the community. The following specialised services will be provided in Shumen DCLUTM: quality care for persons with disabilities, including severe multiple disabilities and their families, and support, including carers for the targeted persons; providing short-term replacement care services by supporting families caring for persons with disabilities; support through measures and integrated approaches to motivate and promote the labour market participation of dependants and carers. The effective functioning of the Centre will be ensured by a highly qualified and trained team for its management, consisting of specialists with experience in the field of healthcare, social and advisory work, psychological and therapeutic support. Le projet vise à fournir des soins de qualité aux personnes handicapées, y compris aux personnes souffrant de handicaps multiples graves et à leurs familles sur le territoire de la municipalité de Shumen. Pour atteindre cet objectif, un centre de garderie sera mis en place pour soutenir les personnes handicapées et leurs familles, y compris les personnes souffrant de handicaps multiples graves, qui apporteront un soutien complet aux groupes cibles en fournissant des services sociaux et de santé intégrés dans la communauté. Les services spécialisés suivants seront fournis dans Shumen DCLUTM: des soins de qualité pour les personnes handicapées, y compris des handicaps multiples graves et leur famille, et un soutien, y compris les aidants aux personnes ciblées; fournir des services de soins de remplacement de courte durée en soutenant les familles qui s’occupent de personnes handicapées; soutien au moyen de mesures et d’approches intégrées visant à motiver et à promouvoir la participation au marché du travail des personnes à charge et des aidants. Le fonctionnement efficace du Centre sera assuré par une équipe hautement qualifiée et formée pour sa gestion, composée de spécialistes ayant une expérience dans les domaines de la santé, du travail social et de conseil, du soutien psychologique et thérapeutique.
