La mise en œuvre des activités prévues dans la proposition de projet permettra d’améliorer l’accès aux services sociaux et de santé de base et d’assurer l’indépendance et l’intégration sociale des personnes handicapées et des personnes âgées de plus de 65 ans, incapables du libre-service par la municipalité de Hitrino. L’objectif est d’améliorer la qualité de vie des groupes vulnérables en combinant des actions complexes pour fournir des soins de longue durée dans la communauté ou dans un environnement à domicile.
