В рамките на проекта ще се създаде Звено за услуги в домашна среда. Ще бъдат подбрани, обучени и назначени домашни помощници и лични асистенти в рамките на 9000 часа месечно, от които 18 месеца продължителност за домашни помощници и 13 месеца продължителност за лични асистенти , които оптимално да задоволят потребностите на лица с увреждания и възрастни хора с ограничения или невъзможност за самообслужване чрез предоставяне на почасови иновативни социални услуги, на база индивидуалните планове за грижи, съобразени с оценките на потребностите. Domestic assistants and personal assistants will be selected, trained and appointed within 9000 hours per month, of which 18 months duration for domestic workers and 13 months duration for personal assistants to best meet the needs of persons with disabilities and elderly people with limitations or inability to self-service by providing hourly innovative social services, based on individual care plans tailored to the needs assessments. Le projet créera une unité de services dans un environnement domestique. Les assistants domestiques et les assistants personnels seront sélectionnés, formés et nommés dans un délai de 9 000 heures par mois, dont 18 mois pour les employés de maison et 13 mois pour les assistants personnels afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins des personnes handicapées et des personnes âgées ayant des limitations ou une incapacité à exercer leur libre-service en fournissant des services sociaux novateurs à l’heure, sur la base de plans de soins individuels adaptés aux évaluations des besoins.
