Проектно предложение „Изграждане на Център за грижа за лица с психични разстройства“ цели да осигури подходяща и ефективна социална инфраструктура, допринасяща за предоставяне на нови качествени социални услуги за лица с психични разстройства в съответствие с Плана за действие за периода 2018 – 2021г. за изпълнение на Националната стратегия за дългосрочна грижа, чрез:- осигуряване на инфраструктура за социални услуги за хората с увреждания съгласно Актуализираната карта на услугите;- подобряване качеството на живот за пълноценно физическо, емоционално, познавателно развитие и социално включване на всяко лице в естествената за него среда;- създаване на условия за независим и достоен живот на лицата с психични разстройства, съобразяване с техните възможности и специфични потребности;Проектното предложение предвижда изграждане на Център за грижа за лица с психични разстройства на територията на Община Кюстендил. Изграденият обект ще създаде условия за независим и достоен живот на хората с увреждания чрез предоставянето на качествени, достъпни и устойчиви услуги за дългосрочна грижа, съобразени с индивидуалните нужди на потребителите. Оптимизацията и модернизацията на социалната инфраструктура ще доведе до повишаване качеството на живот и ще съдейства за постигане на интегриран подход при грижата за хората с увреждания с ясен социален ефект и въздействие. Project proposal “Establishment of a Center for Care for Persons with Mental Disorders” aims to provide adequate and effective social infrastructure, contributing to the provision of new quality social services for persons with mental disorders in accordance with the Action Plan for the period 2018-2021 for implementation of the National Strategy for Long-term Care, by:- providing infrastructure for social services for people with disabilities according to the Updated Service Map;- improving the quality of life for full physical, emotional, cognitive development and social inclusion of each person in the natural environment;- creating conditions for independent and dignified life of persons with mental disorders, taking into account their capabilities and specific needs; The site will create conditions for independent and dignified living for people with disabilities by providing quality, accessible and sustainable long-term care services tailored to the individual needs of users. Optimisation and modernisation of social infrastructure will increase the quality of life and help achieve an integrated approach to the care of people with disabilities with a clear social impact and impact. La proposition de projet «Établissement d’un centre de prise en charge des personnes souffrant de troubles mentaux» vise à fournir une infrastructure sociale adéquate et efficace, contribuant à la fourniture de nouveaux services sociaux de qualité aux personnes souffrant de troubles mentaux conformément au plan d’action pour la période 2018-2021 pour la mise en œuvre de la Stratégie nationale pour les soins de longue durée, en:- en fournissant des infrastructures de services sociaux aux personnes handicapées conformément à la carte des services actualisé;- en améliorant la qualité de vie pour le développement physique, émotionnel, cognitif et l’inclusion sociale de chaque personne dans l’environnement naturel;- en créant des conditions de vie indépendantes et dignes des personnes atteintes de troubles mentaux, en tenant compte de leurs capacités et de leurs besoins spécifiques; Le site créera des conditions de vie indépendantes et dignes pour les personnes handicapées en fournissant des services de soins de longue durée de qualité, accessibles et durables adaptés aux besoins individuels des utilisateurs. L’optimisation et la modernisation des infrastructures sociales amélioreront la qualité de vie et contribueront à la mise en place d’une approche intégrée des soins aux personnes handicapées ayant un impact social clair.
