Проектът предвижда повишаване на професионалните компетентности и осигуряване на заетост на 10 лица в ОПТИМА ХЕЪР ЕКСТЕНШЪН ЕООД, чрез повишаване на квалификацията им, отговаряща на потребностите на бизнеса на дружеството. Необходимостта от осигуряване на заетост в ОПТИМА ХЕЪР ЕКСТЕНШЪН ЕООД, произтича от бързото разширяване на бизнеса, като компанията вече е развила дистрибуторска мрежа, като доставя стоки до фризьорски салони в цяла България. За да може да удовлетвори потребностите на своите клиенти е необходимо разкриването на допълнителни работни места, свързани с изграждането на качествена дистрибуторска мрежа. За целта целевите групи по проекта ще бъдат включени в професионално обучение от трета степен по професия Търговски представител и обучение по Английски език. По проекта ще бъдат обучени и наети 9 безработни/неактивни лица и 1 заето в дружеството лице, на което ще му се осигури гъвкава форма на заетост. Целта на настоящата процедура е в съответствие с основната цел на дружеството и по-конкретно към повишаване квалификацията на работната сила,насърчаване на професионалното и кариерно развитие и едновременно с това стимулиране на гъвкави форми на заетост. Целевата група по проекта са безработни, неактивни и заети лица. Чрез реализирането на настоящия проект се цели и повишаване на икономическата активност и подобряване достъпа до заетост за търсещите работа лица.В резултат изпълнението на проекта целевите групи ще се сдобият с професионални компетентности, които ще подобрят тяхната квалификация, опит и конкурентоспособност. Дейностите в проекта включват: 1. Предоставяне на обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация от трета квалификационна степен на лица от целевите групи по проекта2. Предоставяне на възможност за гъвкави форми на заетост за заети лица при работодателя3. Предоставяне на обучение за придобиване на ключови компетентности на лица от целевите групи по проекта4. Включване безработни/неактивни лица в несубсидирана заетост (Bulgarian)

The project provides for the improvement of professional competences and the provision of employment of 10 persons in OPTIMA HERE Extention EOOD, by upgrading their qualifications, meeting the needs of the company’s business. The need to provide employment in OPTIMA HERE extension Ltd. stems from the rapid expansion of the business, as the company has already developed a distribution network, delivering goods to hairdressing salons throughout Bulgaria. In order to be able to meet the needs of its customers, it is necessary to create additional jobs linked to the establishment of a quality distribution network. To this end, the target groups of the project will be involved in third-degree vocational training by trade representative and English language training. The project will train and employ 9 unemployed/inactive persons and 1 person employed by the company, who will be provided with flexible form of employment. The purpose of this procedure is in line with the main objective of the company, in particular to improve the skills of the workforce, to promote professional and career development and at the same time to stimulate flexible forms of employment. The target group of the project is unemployed, inactive and employed. Through the implementation of this project is also aimed at increasing economic activity and improving access to employment for jobseekers. As a result, the implementation of the project will acquire professional competences that will improve their qualification, experience and competitiveness. The project activities include: 1. Provision of training for the acquisition of a third qualification qualification to persons from the target groups of the project2. Provision of flexible forms of employment for employees with the employer3. Providing training for the acquisition of key competences to individuals from the target groups of the project4. Le projet prévoit l’amélioration des compétences professionnelles et l’offre d’emploi de 10 personnes dans OPTIMA HERE Extention EOOD, en améliorant leurs qualifications, en répondant aux besoins de l’entreprise. La nécessité de fournir des emplois dans OPTIMA HERE extension Ltd. découle de l’expansion rapide de l’activité, car l’entreprise a déjà développé un réseau de distribution, fournissant des produits aux salons de coiffure dans toute la Bulgarie. Afin de pouvoir répondre aux besoins de ses clients, il est nécessaire de créer des emplois supplémentaires liés à la mise en place d’un réseau de distribution de qualité. À cette fin, les groupes cibles du projet seront impliqués dans la formation professionnelle du troisième degré par un représentant professionnel et dans la formation en anglais. Le projet formera et emploiera 9 chômeurs/inactifs et 1 personne employée par l’entreprise, qui bénéficiera d’une forme d’emploi flexible. L’objectif de cette procédure est conforme à l’objectif principal de l’entreprise, en particulier d’améliorer les compétences de la main-d’œuvre, de promouvoir le développement professionnel et professionnel et, dans le même temps, de stimuler les formes flexibles d’emploi. Le groupe cible du projet est le chômeur, l’inactif et l’emploi. La mise en œuvre de ce projet vise également à accroître l’activité économique et à améliorer l’accès à l’emploi pour les demandeurs d’emploi, ce qui permettra d’acquérir des compétences professionnelles qui amélioreront leur qualification, leur expérience et leur compétitivité. Les activités du projet comprennent: 1. Formation en vue de l’acquisition d’une troisième qualification à l’intention de personnes appartenant aux groupes cibles du projet2. Mise à disposition de formes flexibles d’emploi pour les salariés de l’employeur3. Fournir une formation en vue de l’acquisition de compétences clés à des personnes appartenant aux groupes cibles du projet4. Inclusion des chômeurs/inactifs dans l’emploi non subventionné (French)
