Община Кричим предвижда предоставяне на целевата програма „Топъл обяд в условия на пандемията от COVID-19“ в подкрепа на 90 /деветдесет/ лица - уязвими граждани, които поради бедност и продължителна социална изолация, в условията на пандемия, са в затруднение да си осигурят сами прехраната. Дейностите по реализиране на топлия обяд ще се осъществят в кухнята на Домашен социален патронаж град Кричим, който функционира от 1990 г. Наличният персонал в Домашен социален патронаж в състав: домакин, двама готвачи, помощник кухня и шофьор, ще бъде ангажиран с приготвянето, разливането и доставянето на топлия обяд по домовете на потребителите с автомобил собственост на община Кричим. Всяка порция от приготвената храна /супа, основно ястие, хляб и десерт/ ще бъде единично опакована.Проектът ще се реализира чрез предоставяне на топъл обяд на 90 лица попадащи в обхвата на определените целеви групи, както следва:-Лица без доходи или с ниски доходи под линията на бедност - хора в затруднение поради влошената икономическа обстановка в страната, хора, които поради възрастта си или налични увреждания са в по-висок риск от заразяване и неблагоприятно протичане на инфекцията;-Лица, поставени под карантина - без доходи или с ниски доходи под линията на бедност и нямат близки, които да им окажат подкрепа;-Лица, обект на социално подпомагане, за които е установена нужда от допълнителна подкрепа и в условията на извънредна епидемична обстановка, са в невъзможност да задоволят основните си жизнени потребности. The municipality of Krichim is planning to provide the targeted programme “Wall Lunch in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic” in support of 90/ninety/persons — vulnerable citizens who, due to poverty and prolonged social exclusion, in the context of a pandemic, are in difficulty in securing their own livelihoods. The activities for the realisation of the warm lunch will be carried out in the kitchen of the Domestic Social Patronage of Krichim, which has been operational since 1990. a host, two chefs, a kitchen assistant and a driver, will be involved in preparing, spilling and delivering the warm lunch at home to consumers by car owned by the municipality of Krichim. Each portion of the prepared food/soup, main course, bread and dessert/will be single-packed.The project will be realised by providing a warm lunch to 90 persons falling within the scope of the designated target groups as follows:-Persons without income or with low incomes below the poverty line — people in difficulty due to the worsened economic situation in the country, people who, due to their age or present disabilities, are at higher risk of infection and adverse course of infection;-Persons placed in quarantine — without income or low incomes below the poverty line and have no relatives to support them;- Persons subject to social assistance, for whom additional support has been identified and in conditions of extreme epidemic situation, are unable to meet their basic living needs. La municipalité de Krichim prévoit de fournir le programme ciblé «Déjeuner de guerre dans le contexte de la pandémie de COVID-19» en faveur de 90/quatre-vingt-dix personnes — citoyens vulnérables qui, en raison de la pauvreté et de l’exclusion sociale prolongée, dans le contexte d’une pandémie, ont des difficultés à assurer leurs propres moyens de subsistance. Les activités pour la réalisation du déjeuner chaud seront menées dans la cuisine du Patronage social domestique de Krichim, qui est opérationnel depuis 1990. un hôte, deux chefs, un assistant de cuisine et un chauffeur, participeront à la préparation, au déversement et à la livraison du déjeuner chaud chez les consommateurs en voiture appartenant à la municipalité de Krichim. Chaque portion de la nourriture préparée/de la soupe, du plat principal, du pain et du dessert/sera un seul paquet.Le projet sera réalisé en offrant un déjeuner chaud à 90 personnes relevant des groupes cibles désignés comme suit: — Personnes sans revenu ou ayant de faibles revenus en dessous du seuil de pauvreté — personnes en difficulté en raison de la détérioration de la situation économique du pays, personnes qui, en raison de leur âge ou de leur handicap actuel, courent un risque plus élevé d’infection et de cours d’infection défavorables; les personnes placées en quarantaine — sans revenu ou faible revenu en dessous du seuil de pauvreté et n’ayant pas de proches pour les subvenir à leurs besoins;- Les personnes soumises à l’aide sociale, pour lesquelles un soutien supplémentaire a été identifié et dans des conditions d’extrême épidémie, ne sont pas en mesure de subvenir à leurs besoins essentiels de vie.
