Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда въвеждане на иновативна практика - разкриване на детски кът към Община Смядово, в който ще се предоставят почасови грижи за 15 деца на възраст до 12 години. Социална придобивка от подобен род, ще осигури възможност за пълноценно съвмествяване на професионалния с личния живот на 16 служители на общината и структурните звена към нея: Общинско предприятие "Чистота, озеленяване, благоустрояване и охрана"; Защитени жилища за пълнолетни лица с психични разстройства и Център за настаняване от семеен тип за пълнолетни лица с психични разстройства. За обезпечаване реализацията на предвидените дейности Община Смядово ще предостави самостоятелна сграда, общинска собственост. Помещенията в нея ще бъдат адаптирани за почасова грижа за деца, посредством оборудване и обзавеждане. За работа с децата, посещаващи новоразкрития детски кът, се предвижда извършване на подбор, обучение и осигуряване на 12 месечна субсидирана заетост на 3 безработни лица, регистрирани в Дирекция "Бюро по труда". Посредством реализацията на настоящото проектно предложение ще се осъществи адекватна подкрепа на работещите служители. Изпълнението на планираните дейности ще осигури адекватна подкрепа на служителите, работещи в Община Смядово и структурните звена към нея, като им осигури условия за съвместяване на семейния и професионалния живот и ще повиши равнището на икономическата им активност. В цялост проектът ще окаже преки ползи върху Община Смядово, като социална придобивка от този род, значително ще повиши мотивацията за работа на служителите и ще завиши качеството и количеството на производителността на труда им. The present project proposal provides for the introduction of an innovative practice — the opening of a children’s playground at the Municipality of Smyadovo, which will provide part-time care for 15 children up to 12 years old. A social benefit of this kind will provide the opportunity to fully reconcile the professional life with the private life of 16 employees of the municipality and its structural units: Municipal enterprise “Purity, landscaping, development and security”; Protected homes for adults with mental disorders and a Family-type Accommodation Center for adults with mental disorders. To ensure the realisation of the planned activities, the Municipality of Smyadovo will provide a separate building, municipal property. Its premises will be adapted for part-time care of children, by means of equipment and furnishings. To work with children visiting the newly opened children’s playground, it is envisaged to carry out selection, training and provision of 12 months of subsidised employment for 3 unemployed persons registered with the Labour Office Directorate. The implementation of this project proposal will provide adequate support to the working staff. The implementation of the planned activities will provide adequate support to the employees working in the Municipality of Smyadovo and its structural units, providing them with conditions for reconciling family and professional life and increasing their level of economic activity. In its entirety, the project will have direct benefits for the Municipality of Smyadovo, as a social benefit of this kind, will significantly increase the motivation for employees’ work and will increase the quality and quantity of their labor productivity. La présente proposition de projet prévoit l’introduction d’une pratique novatrice — l’ouverture d’une aire de jeux pour enfants dans la municipalité de Smyadovo, qui assurera la prise en charge à temps partiel de 15 enfants jusqu’à 12 ans. Une telle prestation sociale permettra de concilier pleinement la vie professionnelle et la vie privée de 16 employés de la municipalité et de ses unités structurelles: Entreprise municipale «Pureté, aménagement paysager, développement et sécurité»; Des foyers protégés pour adultes souffrant de troubles mentaux et un centre d’hébergement de type familial pour adultes atteints de troubles mentaux. Pour assurer la réalisation des activités prévues, la municipalité de Smyadovo fournira un bâtiment séparé, propriété municipale. Ses locaux seront adaptés à l’accueil des enfants à temps partiel, au moyen d’équipements et d’ameublements. Pour travailler avec les enfants qui visitent l’aire de jeux pour enfants nouvellement ouverte, il est prévu de sélectionner, de former et de fournir 12 mois d’emploi subventionné à 3 chômeurs inscrits à la Direction du Bureau du travail. La mise en œuvre de cette proposition de projet fournira un soutien adéquat au personnel de travail. La mise en œuvre des activités prévues apportera un soutien adéquat aux employés travaillant dans la municipalité de Smyadovo et ses unités structurelles, en leur fournissant les conditions nécessaires à la conciliation de la vie familiale et professionnelle et à l’augmentation de leur niveau d’activité économique. Dans son ensemble, le projet aura des avantages directs pour la municipalité de Smyadovo, en tant qu’avantage social de ce type, augmentera considérablement la motivation du travail des employés et augmentera la qualité et la quantité de leur productivité du travail.
