SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotem projektu są prace badawczo-rozwojowe polegające na opracowaniu nowej bioaktywnej taśmy uszczelniającej kanały wentylacyjne, zachowującej swoje właściwości w warunkach eksploatacji w naszej strefie klimatycznej. W toku postępowania ofertowego wybrana została jednostka naukowa posiadająca kategorię badawczą B, której zostanie powierzone wykonanie całości prac. Jednostką tą jest Instytut Przemysłu Skórzanego w Łodzi. Z podwykonawcą w dniu 27.11.2019 r. została zawarta umowa warunkowa dotycząca wykonania usługi badawczej. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 7 miesięcy, od 1 kwietnia 2020 r. do 31 października 2020 r., a jego realizacja zostanie podzielona na 5 zadań: 1. Prace przygotowawcze (1 m-c). 2. Wstępne prace doświadczalne (2 m-ce). 3. Próby technologiczne (1 m-c). 4. Ocena właściwości otrzymanego prototypu produktu (2 m-ce). 5. Opracowanie raportu końcowego (1 m-c). Rezultatem projektu będzie opracowanie i wykonanie w formie prototypu nowej, bioaktywnej taśmy uszczelniającej kanały wentylacyjne, zachowującej swoje właściwości w warunkach eksploatacji w naszej strefie klimatycznej, co stanowić będzie innowację produktową. Na rynku europejskim nie są dostępne taśmy uszczelniające o właściwościach bioaktywnych. (Polish)

SA 42799(2015/X) The subject of the project is research and development consisting of the development of a new bioactive sealing tape for ventilation ducts, which retains its properties in the conditions of use in our climate zone. In the course of the tender procedure, a scientific body with research category B has been selected and will be entrusted with the execution of the entire work. This unit is the Institute of Leather Industry in Łódź. A conditional contract for the provision of the research service was concluded with the subcontractor on 27 November 2019. The project will be implemented over a period of 7 months, from 1 April 2020 to 31 October 2020, and will be divided into 5 tasks: 1. Preparatory work (1 months) 2. Initial experimental work (2 months). 3. Technological tests (1 m-c). 4. Evaluation of the properties of the obtained prototype (2 m-ce). 5. Preparation of the final report (1 m-c). The result of the project will be the development and execution in the form of a prototype of a new, bioactive sealing tape for ventilation ducts, retaining its properties in the conditions of use in our climate zone, which will constitute a product innovation. Sealing tapes with bioactive properties are not available on the European market. (English)

SA 42799(2015/X) L’objet du projet est la recherche et le développement consistant en la mise au point d’un nouveau ruban d’étanchéité bioactif pour conduits de ventilation, qui conserve ses propriétés dans les conditions d’utilisation dans notre zone climatique. Au cours de la procédure d’appel d’offres, un organisme scientifique de catégorie B a été sélectionné et sera chargé de l’exécution de l’ensemble des travaux. Cette unité est l’Institut de l’industrie du cuir de Łódź. Un contrat conditionnel pour la fourniture du service de recherche a été conclu avec le sous-traitant le 27 novembre 2019. Le projet sera mis en œuvre sur une période de 7 mois, du 1er avril 2020 au 31 octobre 2020, et sera divisé en cinq tâches: 1. Travaux préparatoires (1 mois) 2. Premiers travaux expérimentaux (2 mois). 3. Essais technologiques (1 m-c). 4. Évaluation des propriétés du prototype obtenu (2 m-ce). 5. Préparation du rapport final (1 m-c).
