Настоящoто проектно предложение на община Ботевград е резултат от прилагане на разнообразни социални политики през предходния програмен период. Чрез него ще се предоставят интегрирани услуги за лицата с невъзможност за самообслужване и за хората с увреждане, като ще се съчетават комплексни действия в посока осигуряване на дългосрочна грижа, вкл. и социални и здравни услуги в общността и в домашна среда чрез създаване на Център за социално включване. Планира се поне 85 потребители от общината да имат достъп до предлаганите услуги, основани на индивидуална оценка и подход, основан на потребностите на лицата. (Bulgarian)

The present project proposal of the municipality of Botevgrad is the result of the implementation of various social policies in the previous programming period. It will provide integrated services for people with inability to self-service and people with disabilities, combining comprehensive actions towards long-term care, including social and health services in the community and in the home environment through the establishment of a Centre for Social Inclusion. It is planned that at least 85 municipality users will have access to the services offered, based on an individual assessment and a person’s needs-based approach. (English)

La présente proposition de projet de la municipalité de Botevgrad est le résultat de la mise en œuvre de diverses politiques sociales au cours de la période de programmation précédente. Il fournira des services intégrés aux personnes incapables de se rendre en libre-service et aux personnes handicapées, en combinant des actions globales en faveur des soins de longue durée, y compris des services sociaux et de santé dans la communauté et à domicile, grâce à la création d’un centre pour l’inclusion sociale. Il est prévu qu’au moins 85 usagers de la municipalité auront accès aux services offerts, en fonction d’une évaluation individuelle et d’une approche fondée sur les besoins. (French)
