Настоящият проект обхваща социалните услуги на територията на община Габрово, които предстои да бъдат реформирани, съобразно Националната стратегия „Визия за деинституционализацията на децата в Република България“, Карта на услугите за подкрепа в общността и в семейна среда и Карта на резидентните услуги. В тази връзка, проектът предвижда извършване на строително-ремонтни дейности в част от сграда на ул. Ивайло № 13, гр. Габрово, за пребазиране на съществуващия Център за обществена подкрепа, с цел разширяване на дейността му и увеличаване на неговия капацитет. По проекта ще бъде изградена сензорна градина и ще бъде доставено оборудване за целите на бъдещата услуга Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства, която Община Габрово се ангажира да създаде посредством обединяването на съществуващите Център за рехабилитация и интеграция за деца от аутистичния спектър и Дневен център за деца с увреждания. Предвиденото оборудване ще спомогне за разширяване, допълване, подобряване и надграждане на условията и методите за работа с децата с увреждания. Реализацията на проекта в неговата цялост ще допринесе за създаване на благоприятни условия за предоставяне на качествени комплексни социални услуги в общността за деца и техните семейства и ще стимулира тяхната социална интеграция. This project covers the social services on the territory of Gabrovo Municipality, which are to be reformed according to the National Strategy “Vision for the Deinstitutionalisation of Children in the Republic of Bulgaria”, Map of Support Services in the Community and in a Family Environment and Map of Residential Services. In this regard, the project envisages carrying out construction and renovation works in part of a building on 13 Ivaylo Street, Gabrovo, to re-base the existing Public Support Center in order to expand its activities and increase its capacity. The project will build a sensory garden and will provide equipment for the purposes of the future service Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities and their Families, which Gabrovo Municipality is committed to establishing through the integration of the existing Rehabilitation and Integration Center for children from the autistic spectrum and the Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities. The envisaged equipment will help to expand, complement, improve and upgrade the conditions and methods of working with children with disabilities. The implementation of the project in its entirety will contribute to creating favorable conditions for providing quality complex social services in the community for children and their families and will stimulate their social integration. Ce projet couvre les services sociaux sur le territoire de la municipalité de Gabrovo, qui doivent être réformés conformément à la stratégie nationale «Vision pour la désinstitutionnalisation des enfants en République de Bulgarie», à la carte des services d’appui dans la communauté et dans un environnement familial et à la carte des services résidentiels. À cet égard, le projet prévoit d’effectuer des travaux de construction et de rénovation dans une partie d’un bâtiment situé sur le 13, rue Ivaylo, Gabrovo, afin de rebâtir le Centre d’appui public existant afin d’étendre ses activités et d’accroître sa capacité. Le projet permettra de construire un jardin sensoriel et de fournir du matériel pour les besoins du futur centre de garderie pour enfants handicapés et leurs familles, que la municipalité de Gabrovo s’est engagée à mettre en place par l’intégration du Centre de réadaptation et d’intégration pour les enfants autistes et du Centre de garde pour enfants handicapés. Les équipements envisagés contribueront à élargir, compléter, améliorer et améliorer les conditions et les méthodes de travail avec les enfants handicapés. La mise en œuvre du projet dans son ensemble contribuera à créer des conditions favorables à la fourniture de services sociaux complexes de qualité dans la communauté aux enfants et à leurs familles et stimulera leur intégration sociale.
