Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към повишаване на капацитета на Общинска администрация Мездра във връзка с подготовката и изпълнението на инфраструктурни проекти на Община Мездра по Приоритетна Ос 2 на ОПРР 2014-2020. Проекта предвижда обучение на 18 броя служители в РБългария и в една страна от Северна и Централна Европа. Предвижда се провеждане на 2 броя обучения, семинара, работни групи, обмяна на опит в областта на ЕЕ. След приключване на предвидените дейности по проекта административния капацитет на Общинска администрация ще бъде подобрен и обогатен в посока прилагане на мерки за ЕЕ. (Bulgarian)

This project proposal is aimed at increasing the capacity of Mezdra Municipal Administration in connection with the preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects of Mezdra Municipality under Priority Axis 2 of OPRG 2014-2020. The project provides for training of 18 employees in the Republic of Bulgaria and in one country in Northern and Central Europe. 2 trainings, seminars, working groups, exchange of experience in the field of EE are foreseen. Once the planned project activities have been completed, the administrative capacity of the Municipal Administration will be improved and enriched towards the implementation of EE measures. (English)

Cette proposition de projet vise à accroître la capacité de l’administration municipale de Mezdra dans le cadre de la préparation et de la mise en œuvre de projets d’infrastructure de la municipalité de Mezdra au titre de l’axe prioritaire 2 de l’OPRG 2014-2020. Le projet prévoit la formation de 18 employés en République de Bulgarie et dans un pays d’Europe centrale et septentrionale. 2 formations, séminaires, groupes de travail, échanges d’expériences dans le domaine de l’efficacité énergétique sont prévus. Une fois les activités prévues dans le projet terminées, la capacité administrative de l’administration municipale sera améliorée et enrichie en vue de la mise en œuvre des mesures d’efficacité énergétique.
