Celem projektu jest opracowanie zaawansowanych technologicznie przekładni ADT oraz przekładni elektrycznego systemu kołowania samolotów po płycie lotniska e-Taxi. Realizacja projektu wymaga budowy zaplecza i wyposażenia pracowni badawczych w urządzenia niezbędne do zaprojektowania, opracowania technologii i weryfikacji na stoiskach badawczych oraz zwiększenia zdolności rozwojowych. Wprowadzenie nowych zaawansowanych technologicznie wyrobów wymaga przeprowadzenia prac B+R zawartych w agendzie badawczej. Pozwoli to na sprostanie oczekiwaniom rynku związanym ze wzrostem wymagań środowiskowych. Budowa CBR i realizacja agendy badawczej objętej wnioskiem umożliwi opracowanie nowych konstrukcji, znacząco przyspieszy badania i wdrażanie nowych technologii. Wnioskodawca uzyska zdolność do kompleksowego projektowania i rozwijania technologii wytwarzania przekładni ADT i e-Taxi oraz weryfikacji spełnienia wymagań technicznych i eksploatacyjnych na stoiskach badawczych. The aim of the project is to develop technologically advanced ADT gearbox and electric transmission of aircraft taxiing system on the e-Taxi airport. The implementation of the project requires the construction of facilities and equipment of the research studios with the necessary equipment to design, develop technology and verify at the research stands and to increase development capabilities. The introduction of new technologically advanced products requires R & D work included in the research agenda. This will allow to meet the market’s expectations related to the increase in environmental requirements. The construction of the CBR and the implementation of the research agenda covered by the proposal will enable the development of new structures, significantly accelerate the research and deployment of new technologies. The applicant shall be able to comprehensively design and develop technology for the production of ADT and e-Taxi transmissions and to verify compliance with technical and operational requirements at test stands. L’objectif du projet est de développer la boîte de vitesses ADT avancée technologiquement et la transmission électrique du système de circulation des aéronefs à l’aéroport e-Taxi. La mise en œuvre du projet nécessite la construction d’installations et d’équipements des studios de recherche avec l’équipement nécessaire pour concevoir, développer la technologie et vérifier sur les stands de recherche et accroître les capacités de développement. L’introduction de nouveaux produits technologiquement avancés nécessite des travaux de R-D inclus dans le programme de recherche. Cela permettra de répondre aux attentes du marché liées à l’augmentation des exigences environnementales. La construction du CBR et la mise en œuvre du programme de recherche couvert par la proposition permettront de développer de nouvelles structures, d’accélérer considérablement la recherche et le déploiement de nouvelles technologies. Le demandeur doit être en mesure de concevoir et de mettre au point une technologie complète pour la production de transmissions ADT et e-Taxi et de vérifier la conformité aux exigences techniques et opérationnelles sur les bancs d’essai.
