Celem projektu jest utworzenie Centrum Badawczo Rozwojowego w przedsiębiorstwie WITPOL Sp. z o.o. poprzez inwestycję w budynek (koszty robót budowlanych) oraz w infrastrukturę badawczą (środki trwałe) niezbędną do prowadzenia szeroko zakrojonej działalności badawczo-rozwojowej ukierunkowanej na opracowywanie innowacyjnych produktów i technologii dedykowanych przemysłowi spożywczemu. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do: wzrostu konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa (innowacje produktowe będące efektem realizacji agendy badawczej będą wdrażane na rynek pozwalając nam dostosowywać asortyment do oczekiwań klientów), utworzenia nowych miejsc oraz rozwoju współpracy z jednostką naukową. Przewidziana do zakupu aparatura pozwoli prowadzić prace w dwóch obszarach badawczych tj. dotyczących roślinnych alternatyw dla klasycznych deserów i jogurtów oraz rożnego typu produktów ekstrudowanych), w tym opracowywać receptury nowych lub ulepszonych produktów oraz optymalizować metody produkcji. The aim of the project is to create a Research and Development Centre in WITPOL Sp. z o.o. through an investment in a building (cost of construction works) and in research infrastructure (permanent measures) necessary for carrying out extensive research and development activities aimed at developing innovative products and technologies dedicated to the food industry. The implementation of the project will contribute to: increase the competitiveness of the enterprise (product innovations resulting from the implementation of the research agenda will be implemented on the market allowing us to adjust the range to the expectations of customers), create new places and develop cooperation with the scientific unit. The equipment to be purchased will allow work to be carried out in two research areas, i.e. plant alternatives to classic desserts and yoghurts and different types of extruded products, including the development of new or improved product formulations and the optimisation of production methods. L’objectif du projet est de créer un centre de recherche et de développement à WITPOL Sp. z o.o. à travers un investissement dans un bâtiment (coût des travaux de construction) et dans des infrastructures de recherche (mesures permanentes) nécessaires à la réalisation d’activités de recherche et de développement étendues visant à développer des produits et des technologies innovants dédiés à l’industrie alimentaire. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à: augmenter la compétitivité de l’entreprise (les innovations de produits résultant de la mise en œuvre de l’agenda de recherche seront mises en œuvre sur le marché nous permettant d’adapter la gamme aux attentes des clients), créer de nouveaux lieux et développer la coopération avec l’unité scientifique. L’équipement à acheter permettra d’effectuer des travaux dans deux domaines de recherche, à savoir des alternatives végétales aux desserts classiques et aux yaourts et différents types de produits extrudés, y compris le développement de formulations de produits nouvelles ou améliorées et l’optimisation des méthodes de production.
