Projekt polega na nabyciu środków trwałych w celu stworzenia, optymalizacji i uruchomienia linii technologicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia nowej technologii produkcji innowacyjnego lodu spożywczego w kostkach, posiadającego działanie antyoksydacyjne, o przeznaczeniu do drinków alkoholowych/bezalkoholowych. Osiągnięcie założonych celów ma pozwolić na dalszy rozwój Firmy wnioskodawcy, osiągnięcie trwałych przewag konkurencyjnych poprzez wdrożenie własnych wyników prac B+R, wprowadzenie nowych innowacyjnych produktów do oferty, uniezależnienie się od wahnięć koniunktury w branży przetwórstwa rolno-spożywczego, podniesienie konkurencyjności i innowacyjności Firmy. W celu wprowadzenia innowacji produktowej zaprojektowano, dedykowaną instalację technologiczną dostosowaną do planowanej produkcji. Został zgłoszony wniosek patentowy. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną wprowadzone nowe produkty w postaci innowacyjnego lodu spożywczego w kostkach, posiadającego działanie antyoksydacyjne. Dzięki podjętym działaniom firma uzyska przewagę konkurencyjną i poszerzy portfolio oferowanych klientom produktów, dzięki czemu będzie zwiększała sprzedaż i pozyskiwała nowych odbiorców. (Polish)

The project involves the acquisition of fixed assets in order to create, optimise and launch the technological line necessary for the implementation of a new technology for the production of innovative food ice in cubes, with antioxidant action, intended for alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks. Achieving the stated goals is to allow for the further development of the Applicant’s Company, achieving sustainable competitive advantages by implementing its own R & D results, introducing new innovative products to the offer, decoupling from the swings in the agri-food processing industry, increasing the competitiveness and innovativeness of the Company. In order to introduce product innovation, a dedicated technology installation adapted to the planned production was designed. A patent application has been filed. As a result of the project, new products will be introduced in the form of innovative food ice cubes with antioxidant effects. Thanks to the actions undertaken, the company will gain a competitive advantage and expand the portfolio of products offered to customers, thanks to which it will increase sales and acquire new customers. Le projet implique l’acquisition d’actifs fixes afin de créer, d’optimiser et de lancer la ligne technologique nécessaire à la mise en œuvre d’une nouvelle technologie pour la production de glaces alimentaires innovantes en cubes, à action antioxydante, destinées aux boissons alcoolisées/non alcoolisées. La réalisation des objectifs déclarés est de permettre la poursuite du développement de la société de la requérante, d’obtenir des avantages concurrentiels durables en mettant en œuvre ses propres résultats en matière de R & D, d’introduire de nouveaux produits innovants dans l’offre, de découpler les fluctuations de l’industrie agroalimentaire de transformation, d’accroître la compétitivité et la capacité d’innovation de la société. Afin d’introduire l’innovation produit, une installation technologique dédiée adaptée à la production prévue a été conçue. Une demande de brevet a été déposée. À la suite du projet, de nouveaux produits seront introduits sous forme de glaçons alimentaires innovants aux effets antioxydants. Grâce aux actions entreprises, l’entreprise gagnera un avantage concurrentiel et élargira le portefeuille de produits offerts aux clients, grâce auquel elle augmentera ses ventes et acquerra de nouveaux clients.
