„Проект за рехабилитация на водоснабдителната и канализационната мрежа с изграждане на ПСОВ за гр.Асеновград, България“ е разработен с оглед преодоляване на проблемите, свързани със съществуващата инфраструктура за питейни и отпадъчни води на територията на гр. Асеновград и осигуряване на екологосъобразно пречистване и заустване на битовите отпадъчни води.Основните дейности, предвидени рамките на проекта са следните:1. Рехабилитация на водопроводна мрежа с изтекъл експлоатационен срок, която се намира в едно трасе с канализационната мрежа обект на подмяна. 2. Рехабилитация на смесената канализационна мрежа с изтекъл експлоатационен срок. Разширяване на съществуващата мрежа към предложената площадка на бъдещата пречиствателна станция за отпадъчни води в комбинация със затварянето на съществуващите зауствания на отпадъчни води в реката и подмяната/рехабилитацията и разширението на съществуващите колектори в градската област според бъдещите хидравлични нужди. 3. Изграждане на ПСОВ за 65 350 ЕЖ, с механично и биологично стъпало и степен на пречистване, удовлетворяваща изисквания на Директива 91/271/ЕИО, вкл. довеждаща техническа инфраструктура.В резултат на изпълнението на проекта ще бъде постигнато подобряване на качеството на живот на населението на територията на гр. Асеновград, преодоляване на здравно-екологичните рискове и предоставянето на качествени екологични услуги на гражданите, като основна целева група.Очакваният брой население, което ще се обслужва от рехабилитираната водоснабдителна инфраструктура е 2 645 постоянни жители.Очакваният брой на населението, което ще се обслужва от рехабилитираната смесена система, е 49 626 постоянни жители.Пречиствателната станция ще обслужва 65 350 ЕЖ. “Project for rehabilitation of the water supply and sewerage network with construction of WWTP for the town of Asenovgrad, Bulgaria” was designed to overcome the problems related to the existing drinking and waste water infrastructure on the territory of the town of Asenovgrad and to ensure environmentally friendly treatment and discharge of municipal waste water. The main activities envisaged within the project are the following:1. Rehabilitation of a water supply network with expired service life, which is located in one route with the sewerage system subject to replacement. 2. Rehabilitation of the expired mixed sewer network. Extension of the existing network to the proposed site of the future waste water treatment plant in combination with the closure of existing waste water discharges into the river and the replacement/rehabilitation and extension of existing urban collectors according to future hydraulic needs. 3. Construction of WWTP for 65 350 p.e., with mechanical and biological step and degree of purification, meeting the requirements of Directive 91/271/EEC, including leading technical infrastructure. As a result of the implementation of the project will be achieved improvement of the quality of life of the population on the territory of the town of Asenovgrad, overcoming the health and environmental risks and providing quality environmental services to the citizens as the main target group. which will be served by the rehabilitated water supply infrastructure is 2,645 permanent inhabitants. «Projet de réhabilitation du réseau d’approvisionnement en eau et d’assainissement avec la construction d’une station d’épuration des eaux usées pour la ville d’Asenovgrad, Bulgarie» a été conçu pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux infrastructures existantes en matière d’eau potable et d’eaux usées sur le territoire de la ville d’Asenovgrad et pour assurer un traitement et un rejet respectueux de l’environnement des eaux usées municipales. Les principales activités envisagées dans le cadre du projet sont les suivantes:1. Remise en état d’un réseau d’approvisionnement en eau dont la durée de vie est expirée, qui est situé sur une seule voie, le réseau d’assainissement devant être remplacé. 2. Réhabilitation du réseau d’égouts mixtes expiré. Extension du réseau existant au site proposé de la future station d’épuration des eaux usées, en combinaison avec la fermeture des rejets existants d’eaux usées dans le fleuve et le remplacement/réhabilitation et extension des collecteurs urbains existants en fonction des besoins hydrauliques futurs. 3. Construction d’une station d’épuration pour 65 350 EH, avec étape mécanique et biologique et degré de purification, répondant aux exigences de la directive 91/271/CEE, y compris les infrastructures techniques de pointe. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, l’amélioration de la qualité de vie de la population sur le territoire de la ville d’Asenovgrad, la lutte contre les risques sanitaires et environnementaux et la fourniture de services environnementaux de qualité aux citoyens en tant que principal groupe cible, qui seront desservies par l’infrastructure d’approvisionnement en eau réhabilitée est de 2 645 habitants permanents. Le nombre estimé de population, qui sera desservie par le système mixte réhabilité, est de 49 626 habitants permanents. (French)
