Изграждането на ЦСРИЛПРУИ е продиктувано от стартиралия процес на извеждане на възрастни с увреждания от специализирани институции и предоставяне на възможности за тяхното социално включване. Целевата група включва, освен настанените в момента пълнолетни лица с психични разстройства и умствена изостаналост в специализирани институции и резидентни услуги в Община Дряново – около 140 души, също и хора, които имат психични разстройства и умствена изостаналост и живеят в общността, както и на техните семейства. Основната цел е подкрепа и придружаване в изграждането или възстановяване на умения за живот в общността чрез предоставяне на почасови и мобилни услруги в ЦСРИЛПРУИ. Работата на центъра ще допринесе и за превенция на социалното изключване на хора, които сега живеят в общността и срещат затруднения, които са предпоставка за институционализиране, ако не са налице услуги за подкрепа. Очакваните резултати са създадена нова форма на социална услуга, чиято работа е фокусирана повече върху взаимодействието на индивида и средата в общността; формирани умения за живот на база индивидуалните възможности на хората, които ползват услугите; променени обществените нагласи към хората, които срещат затруднения поради наличието на психически разстройства или умствена изостаналост. Основните дейности по проекта включват: Ремонт на предоставените помещения за ЦСРИЛПРУИ; Обзавеждане и оборудване на ЦСРИЛПРУИ; Наемане на персона; Обучение и текуща подкрепа на персонала; Разработване на методика за предоставянето на услугите в ЦСРИЛПРУИ; Закупуване на автомобили; Осигуряване на дейността на ЦСРИЛПРУИ за период от 12 месеца. The construction of CSRPRUI is dictated by the launched process of removing adults with disabilities from specialised institutions and providing opportunities for their social inclusion. The target group includes, in addition to the currently accommodated adults with mental disorders and mental retardation in specialised institutions and resident services in the Municipality of Dryanovo — about 140 people, also people who have mental disorders and mental retardation and live in the community, as well as their families. The main objective is to support and accompany the building or restoration of skills for living in the community through the provision of hourly and mobile services in CSRPRUI. The work of the Centre will also contribute to preventing the social exclusion of people who are now living in the community and facing difficulties that are a prerequisite for institutionalisation if support services are not available. The expected results are a new form of social service whose work is focused more on the interaction of the individual and the community environment; shaped life skills based on the individual abilities of people using the services; changed public attitudes towards people who face difficulties due to the presence of mental disorders or mental retardation. The main activities of the project include: Refurbishment of the premises provided for CSRPRUI; Furniture and equipment of CSRPRUI; Hiring a person; Training and ongoing staff support; Development of a methodology for the provision of services in CSRPRUI; Purchase of cars; Provision of the activities of CSRPRUI for a period of 12 months.
