НМА “Проф. П.Владигеров” е водеща национална институция в областта на класическото музикално образование, като предлага широк спектър от специалности – изпълнителски, теоретични, музикално-технологични и педагогически, разпределени в две професионални направления 8.3. “Музикално и танцово изкуство” и 1.3. “Педагогика на обучението по...”. Спецификата на образователния процес в Академията изисква внимателен и креативен подход при модернизирането на учебния процес и въвеждането на новите технологии, който да позволи запазването на класическата музикална традиция и методите за нейното предаване през поколенията. Проектът е базиран на партньорство с Академията за музикално, танцово и изобразително изкуство (АМТИИ) в Пловдив, с която НМА споделя обща специфика и професионални направления, с различно развита професионална експертиза, която може да се превърне във фактор за трайно сътрудничество и обмен на творчески ресурси. Проектното предложение включва дейности за разработване и въвеждане на съвместни учебни програми с издаване на общи дипломи от партниращите висши училища, както и за разработване и въвеждане на учебни програми с дигитално съдържание, които ще допълнят и разширят спектъра от специалности в НМА и АМТИИ и ще въведат нов компетентностен модел, съобразен и с нуждите на пазара на труда. За целите на проекта са предвидени обучения на преподаватели, както и мобилност за обучение и преподаване, които ще повишат капацитета на академичния състав и ще му позволят да работи в новата дигитална среда. Обученията на студенти и докторанти, заедно с предвидените дейности за кариерно ориентиране, ще спомогнат за подобряване на професионалните умения на младите хора и ще подпомогнат работната им интеграция в бъдеще. NMA “Prof. P. Vladigerov” is a leading national institution in the field of classical music education, offering a wide range of specialties — executive, theoretical, music-technological and pedagogical, distributed in two professional fields 8.3. Music and Dance Arts and 1.3. “Educational pedagogy in...”. The specificity of the educational process at the Academy requires a careful and creative approach to modernising the learning process and the introduction of new technologies, which will allow the preservation of classical music tradition and methods for its transmission throughout generations. The project is based on a partnership with the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts in Plovdiv, with which the NMA shares common specifics and professional directions, with different professional expertise, which can become a factor for lasting cooperation and exchange of creative resources. The project proposal includes activities for the development and introduction of joint curricula with the issuance of common diplomas by partner higher education institutions, as well as for the development and introduction of curricula with digital content, which will complement and expand the range of specialties in the National Academy and the AMTII and will introduce a new competency model tailored to the needs of the labour market. For the purposes of the project, teacher training as well as learning and teaching mobility are envisaged, which will increase the capacity of academic staff and enable them to work in the new digital environment. The training of students and PhD students, together with the envisaged career guidance activities, will help to improve the professional skills of young people and support their future work integration. Vladigerov» est une institution nationale de premier plan dans le domaine de l’éducation à la musique classique, offrant un large éventail de spécialités — exécutif, théorique, musique-technologique et pédagogique, distribué dans deux domaines professionnels 8.3. Musique et arts de la danse et 1.3. «Pédagogie éducative en...». La spécificité du processus éducatif à l’Académie exige une approche prudente et créative de la modernisation du processus d’apprentissage et de l’introduction de nouvelles technologies, qui permettront de préserver la tradition et les méthodes de la musique classique pour sa transmission au fil des générations. Le projet est basé sur un partenariat avec l’Académie de musique, de danse et des beaux-arts de Plovdiv, avec laquelle la NMA partage des spécificités et des orientations professionnelles communes, avec une expertise professionnelle différente, ce qui peut devenir un facteur de coopération durable et d’échange de ressources créatives. La proposition de projet comprend des activités pour l’élaboration et l’introduction de programmes communs avec la délivrance de diplômes communs par les établissements d’enseignement supérieur partenaires, ainsi que pour l’élaboration et l’introduction de programmes à contenu numérique, qui compléteront et élargiront l’éventail des spécialités de l’Académie nationale et de l’AMTII et introduiront un nouveau modèle de compétences adapté aux besoins du marché du travail. Aux fins du projet, la formation des enseignants ainsi que la mobilité en matière d’apprentissage et d’enseignement sont envisagées, ce qui renforcera la capacité du personnel universitaire et lui permettra de travailler dans le nouvel environnement numérique. La formation des étudiants et des doctorants, ainsi que les activités d’orientation professionnelle envisagées, contribueront à améliorer les compétences professionnelles des jeunes et à favoriser leur insertion professionnelle future.
