Осигуряването на достъпни, висококачествени и устойчиви услуги за семейства и възрастни хора в риск, хора с увреждания и техните семейства, както и възможности за достъп до пазара на труда за икономически неактивните лица е един от ефективните инструменти за подобряване качеството на техния живот, както и за тяхното пълноценно включване в обществото.Реализирането на проекта ще подобри качеството на живот на уязвимите групи, достъпа до социални услуги в общността и до пазара на труда чрез въвеждане на комплексни действия на територията на община Венец. Дейностите са от голямо значение за общината, тъй като за възрастните хора и хората с увреждания липсват перспективи и възможности за ресоциализация, не са развити алтернативните услуги и те разчитат единствено на своите близки. В тази връзка ще бъдат проведени мероприятия за професионално ориентиране и консултиране и подобряване на достъпа до услуги за кариерно развитие, насърчаване участието на пазара на труда, мотивиране и възстановяване на трудовата активност, проведени обучения по "Дигитална компетентност" и професионално обучение за "Болногледач", ще бъде осигурена заетост на лица с увреждания, както и ще бъде стартирана иновативна социална услуга: "Социално (Bulgarian)

Providing affordable, high-quality and sustainable services for families and elderly people at risk, people with disabilities and their families, as well as opportunities for access to the labour market for economically inactive persons is one of the effective tools for improving their quality of life as well as for their full inclusion in society. The implementation of the project will improve the quality of life of vulnerable groups, access to social services in the community and the labour market by introducing complex actions on the territory of the municipality of Venets. The activities are of great importance to the municipality, as older people and people with disabilities lack prospects and opportunities for re-socialisation, alternative services are not developed and they rely only on their relatives. In this regard, career guidance and counselling events and improving access to career development services, promoting participation in the labour market, motivating and reactivating work will be held, trainings under Digital Competence and Vocational Training for the Career will be provided with employment for persons with disabilities, as well as an innovative social service will be launched: “Social (English)
