Проектното предложение представлява съвкупност от мерки които обезпечават дейностите на общината в изпълнение на инвестиционната програма за периода до 2023 година и функциите и на междинно звено.Чрез проекта се създават условия за организация и мониторинг по изпълнението на Инвестиционната програма на Община Панагюрище за интегрирано градско развитие. Очакваните резултати са пълноценно функциониране на междинното звено, обучени експерти, осигурено управление на инвестиционната програма и успешно проведени оценителни процедури за проектни предложения по изпълнение на ИПГВР.Основните дейности по настоящото проектно предложение са: •Актуализация на системи за финансово управление и контрол;•Възнаграждения на екипите за изпълнение на инвестиционната програма;•Възнаграждение на екипите на Междинното звено;•Наемане на външни за Междинните звена оценители и помощник-оценители;•Участие в програми за обмен на опит и добри практики;•Управление на бюджетната линия;•Публичност и визуализация на дейностите на бюджетната линия. The project proposal is a set of measures that ensure the activities of the municipality in the implementation of the investment programme for the period up to 2023 and the functions of an intermediate body. The project creates conditions for organisation and monitoring of the implementation of the Investment Programme of the Municipality of Panagyurishte for integrated urban development. The expected results are the full functioning of the Intermediate Body, trained experts, ensured management of the investment programme and successfully conducted evaluation procedures for project proposals for implementation of the IHLG. The main activities under this project proposal are: •Update of financial management and control systems;•Remuneration of the investment programme implementation teams; •Remuneration of the Intermediate Body teams;•Employment of external evaluators and assistant evaluators external to the Intermediate Units;•Participation in programmes for exchange of experience and good practices; •Management of the budget line; •Publicity and visualisation of the activities of the budget line.
