Подкрепата ще бъде насочена към улесняване достъпа и до здравни услуги и към развитие на социални услуги в общността, в подкрепа на социалното включване на хората с увреждания, както и до улесняванедостъпа им до заетост. В резултат на изпълнение на дейностите ще се подобри качеството на живот на възрастните и лицата с увреждания чрез създаване на условия и подкрепа за ефективно упражняване правото им на независим живот и социално включване, при зачитане на правата им, съобразяване с техните възможности и специфични потребности. Чрез реализацията на операцията ще се предоставят интегрирани услуги за хората с невъзможност за самообслужване и за хората с увреждане, като ще се съчетават комплексни действия в посока осигуряване на дългосрочна грижа, вкл. и социални и здравни услуги в общността или в домашна среда. Осигуряване на заетост на безработни лица в трудоспособна възраст ивъзможност на хората с увреждания да избират желания и необходимия асистент и ще им вдъхне увереност за контрол на средата. Всеки човек с увреждане, съобразно нуждите си, може да ползва различни услуги,според необходимостта и вида помощ. Възможно е всеки един от предоставящите услуги да отговаря за различни по вид дейности. Това е в зависимост от решението на потребителя. Целта е да се осигури напредставителите на целевата група достъп до дългосрочна здравно-социална грижа, включително и достъп до заетост, според специфичните потребности на човека в неравностойно положение на основата на индивидуална оценка на потребностите. Support will be aimed at facilitating access to health services and developing community-based social services, supporting the social inclusion of people with disabilities and facilitating their access to employment. As a result of the implementation of the activities, the quality of life of adults and persons with disabilities will be improved by creating conditions and supporting the effective exercise of their right to independent living and social inclusion, while respecting their rights, taking into account their capabilities and specific needs. Through the implementation of the operation, integrated services will be provided for people with inability to self-service and for people with disabilities, combining complex actions to provide long-term care, including social and health services in the community or in the home environment. Providing employment for unemployed people of working age and the ability of people with disabilities to choose the desired and necessary assistants and will give them confidence to control the environment. Every person with a disability, according to their needs, can use different services, depending on the need and type of assistance. It is possible that each of the service providers is responsible for different types of activities. This is depending on the consumer’s decision. The aim is to ensure that the target group’s representatives have access to long-term health-social care, including access to employment, according to the specific needs of the disadvantaged, based on an individual assessment of needs.
