Проектното предложение включва изпълнение на мерки за енергийна ефективност в четири обществени и две многофамилни жилищни сгради в град Генерал Тошево. Планираните дейности по проекта, включени в техническото обследване на сградите и в обследването за енергийна ефективност, ще доведат до удължаване на живота им, ще осигурят рентабилната им експлоатация, ще позволят по-нататъшно устойчиво управление на поддръжката им, с оглед предоставяне на по-добри и качествени услуги на населението в града. Изпълнените строително-ремонтни и монтажни работи ще осигурят по-добрa работна среда и по-добри условия на живот за гражданите, ще повишат качеството на въздуха. (Bulgarian)

The project proposal includes the implementation of energy efficiency measures in four public and two multi-apartment buildings in the town of General Toshevo. The planned project activities included in the technical audit of the buildings and the energy efficiency audit will lead to an extension of their lives, will ensure their cost-effective operation, will allow further sustainable management of their maintenance, with a view to providing better and quality services to the city’s population. The completed construction and installation works will provide a better working environment and better living conditions for citizens, improve air quality. (English)
