Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie 60 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących powiat szydłowiecki i radomski w okresie do 31.12.2019 r. Zadania w projekcie: Określenie ścieżki reintegracji, Realizacja ścieżki integracji w ramach PAI (m.in. szkolenia zawodowe, staże, kurs obsługi komputera), Realizacja ścieżki integracji poza PAI (m.in. trening motywacyjny wyjazdowy). Grupą docelową jest 60 os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszk. w rozum. przepisów kodeksu cywilnego w powiecie szydłowieckim, radomskim (woj. mazowieckie, gminy poniżej progu defaworyzacji określonego w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wykluczenia społecznego). Co najmniej 30 uczestników projektu przystępujących do udziału w projekcie ma przypisany III profil pomocy i ich aktywizacja zawodowa odbywa się przy współpracy z Powiatowymi Urzędami Pracy z zastosowaniem Indywidualnego Planu Działania. 6 uczestników projektu to osoby z niepełnosprawnościami. Dzięki realizacji p. zostaną osiągnięte m.in. następujące wskaźniki: min. 27 os. (23 K) uzyska kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu, 21os. (16K) będzie poszukiwało pracy po opuszczeniu programu, 14 os. (11K) będzie pracowało po opuszczeniu programu. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 60 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion living in the districts of Szydłowiecki and Radom in the period up to 31.12.2019. Definition of the path of reintegration, Implementation of the path of integration within PAI (e.g. vocational training, internships, computer course), implementation of the integration path outside PAI (including away training). The target group is 60 people who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the civil code regulations in the districts of Radom and Radom (Mazowieckie Voivodeship, communes below the threshold of defaworisation defined in Mazowiecki barometer of poverty and social exclusion). At least 30 project participants joining the project shall have a third aid profile assigned and their professional activation shall be carried out in cooperation with the Regional Labour Offices using the Individual Action Plan. 6 participants of the project are people with disabilities. The implementation of p. will achieve, inter alia, the following indicators: min. 27 people. (23 K) will be qualified after leaving the programme, 21 people. (16K) will be looking for a job after leaving the program, 14 people. (11K) will work after leaving the programme. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité de 60 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale vivant dans les districts de Szydłowiecki et de Radom pour la période allant jusqu’au 31.12.2019. Identification du parcours de réinsertion, mise en œuvre du parcours d’intégration dans le PAI (par exemple, formation professionnelle, stages, cours d’utilisation de l’ordinateur), mise en œuvre du parcours d’intégration en dehors de l’IAP (par exemple, formation motivationnelle). Le groupe cible est de 60 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale au sens des dispositions du Code civil du district de Szydłowiecki, Radom (Voïvodie de Mazowieckie, municipalités inférieures au seuil de désavantage défini dans le baromètre mazovéien de la pauvreté et de l’exclusion sociale). Au moins 30 participants au projet se voient attribuer un troisième profil d’aide et leur activation professionnelle est réalisée en coopération avec les bureaux du travail de district en utilisant le plan d’action individuel. 6 participants au projet sont des personnes handicapées. Grâce à la mise en œuvre, les indicateurs suivants seront atteints, entre autres: min. 27 personnes (23 K) seront qualifiés à la sortie du programme, 21 personnes. (16K) cherchera un emploi après avoir quitté le programme, soit 14 personnes. (11K) fonctionnera après avoir quitté le programme. (French)
