ПП предвижда да се пр. и изгр. комп. и-я и и-я за предв. трети. на бит. отп. Изгр. и въвежд. в експл. на и-те по проц., както и осигуряването на разд. събиране на зел. и/или биоразгр. битови отп. ще допринесе за постигане на СЦ 1 на ПО 2 „Отпадъци“ . Капац. на и-ята за компост. на разд. събр. зел. и др. биоразгр. отп. е на база на извършени морфо. анализи от общ. от РСУО. Морф. анализи са изв. съгл. Методиката, утв. със З-д № РД-744/2012 г. на М-ра на ОСВ. Съгл. изготв. и приет с п-л на ОС на РСУО, АНАЛИЗ за ефект. на централ. или децентрал. подход за изгр. на инфрастр. за управл. на отп. , във връзка с изгр. на комп. и-я за разд. събрани биоразгр. отп. на терит. на РД – Асеновград , прогн. капац. на и-ята е определен на 12 000т/г. На база на натр. опит в европ. д-ви с подобни кл. и ситуац. у-я, в ПИП е препоръчано изп. на техн. за компост. в откр. кл. с навес, чрез ав. с-ма, където поддържането на у-я, подх. за правилно протичане на п-са на компост. е в по-малка зав-ст от кл., а изп. машини са с ниски оперативно-експл. р-ди и опростено обсл. Операт. р-ди са опт, тъй като с-мата е автомат.и няма необход. от непр. наличие на обсл. п-л. Комп. и-я изп. авт. с-ма за разместване и разбъркване. Раб. с-ст е променл. и може да бъде наст. авт. чрез инвертор. Към с-мата се предв. аериране. И-ята за комп. вкл. сл. ел-ти:- Пом. за приемане, предв. третиране и пресяване;- Кл. за предв.комп., кл. за крайно комп.;- И-ции за пречиств.на възд. и биофилтри;- М-о за съхр. на комп- Улавяне на водата.Съгл. изготв. и приет с п-л на ОС на РСУО“ АНАЛИЗ за ефект. на центр. или децентр. подход за изгр. на инфрастр. за управл. на отп. , във вр. с изгр. на и-я за предв. трет. на смесени бит. отп. на терит. на РД–Асеновград, прогн. кап. на и-ята е опред. на 22 500т/г смесено събр. бит.отп. The operating system is an opt, as the machine is an automatic machine and there is no need for non-existence of the presence of an obsc. Comp. and the — - Automation and stirring machine. Rabs has changed and can be an inverter. It’s about aeration.
