Проект "Докторантско Обучение в МУ-Пловдив за Компетентност, Творчество, Оригиналност, Реализация и Академизъм в Науката и Технологиите - 2 (ДОКТОРАНТ 2)" се изпълнява от МУ-Пловдив като продължение и надграждане на успешно реализиран проект "ДОКТОРАНТ 1"в предишния планов период. Целта на проекта е да допринесе за развитието на човешките ресурси на МУ, ангажирани в сферата на науката и повишаване капацитета за научноизследователска дейност на докторанти, постдокторанти и млади учени. В проекта са включени 4 студенти, 15 докторанти, 15 постдокторанти, 5 млади учени и 12 хабилитирани преподаватели.Ще продължим обученията за успешна научна кариера в Докторантското училище изградено по проект "ДОКТОРАНТ 1". Следващата стъпка в обучението на младите изследователи (постдокторанти и млади учени) е включването им в Педагогическа академия, където фокусът на обучение е към изграждане на капацитет за научни изследвания, включване в международни научни проекти и др. В Педагогическата академия ще се обучават и хабилитирани преподаватели за придобиване на знания и изграждане на умения за научно ръководство на докторанти, трансфер на технологии и др. За постигане на значими резултати от научната дейност на младите изследователи и за придобиване на практически умения за научни изследвания ще осигурим менторска и консултантска подкрепа от изявени чуждестранни и български учени. 10 млади изследователи и 4 студенти ще проведат едномесечен стаж в утвърдени университети в ЕС и САЩ. 30 млади изследователи ще имат възможност да представят своите научни проекти и резултати на форуми в ЕС. Ще осигурим подкрепа за 45 публикации в международно признати издания. За популяризиране научните постижения на младите изследователи организираме "Дни на медицинската наука" и Международна конференция "Наука и младост". По проекта ще бъде осигурен достъп до научни бази данни, ще бъдат закупени научни издания, ще подпомогнем достъпа на младите изследователи до международни мрежи и проекти. (Bulgarian)

The project “Doctoral Training at MU-Plovdiv for Competence, Creativity, Originality, Realisation and Academicism in Science and Technology — 2 (DoCTORANT 2)” is implemented by MU-Plovdiv as a continuation and upgrade of a successfully implemented project “Doctor 1” in the previous planning period. The aim of the project is to contribute to the development of the human resources of the Medical University engaged in the field of science and increase the research capacity of PhD students, postdoctoral students and young scientists. The project includes 4 students, 15 PhD students, 15 postdoctoral students, 5 young scientists and 12 professors. We will continue the trainings for a successful scientific career at the PhD school built under the project “Doctorate 1”. The next step in the training of young researchers (postdoctoral and young scientists) is their participation in the Pedagogical Academy, where the focus of training is on building capacity for research, inclusion in international scientific projects, etc. The Pedagogical Academy will train and habilitate teachers to acquire knowledge and build skills for scientific guidance of PhD students, transfer of technology, etc. To achieve significant results from the scientific activities of young researchers and to acquire practical skills for research we will provide mentoring and advisory support from prominent foreign and Bulgarian scientists. 10 young researchers and 4 students will carry out a one-month internship at well-established universities in the EU and the US. 30 young researchers will have the opportunity to present their research projects and results in fora in the EU. We will provide support for 45 publications in internationally recognised publications. To promote the scientific achievements of young researchers, we organise “Days of Medical Science” and the International Conference “Science and Youth”. The project will provide access to scientific databases, buy scientific publications, support young researchers’ access to international networks and projects. (English)

Le projet «Formation doctorale à MU-Plovdiv pour les compétences, la créativité, l’originalité, la réalisation et l’académisme en science et technologie — 2 (doctorant 2)» est mis en œuvre par MU-Plovdiv en tant que continuation et mise à niveau d’un projet mis en œuvre avec succès «Doctor 1» au cours de la période de planification précédente. L’objectif du projet est de contribuer au développement des ressources humaines de l’Université de médecine engagée dans le domaine des sciences et d’accroître la capacité de recherche des doctorants, des étudiants postdoctoraux et des jeunes scientifiques. Nous poursuivrons les formations pour une carrière scientifique réussie à l’école de doctorat construite dans le cadre du projet «Doctorat 1». L’étape suivante de la formation des jeunes chercheurs (postdoctoraux et jeunes scientifiques) est leur participation à l’Académie pédagogique, où l’accent est mis sur le renforcement des capacités de recherche, l’inclusion dans des projets scientifiques internationaux, etc. L’Académie pédagogique formera et aidera les enseignants à acquérir des connaissances et à développer des compétences pour l’orientation scientifique des doctorants, le transfert de technologie, etc. Afin d’obtenir des résultats significatifs des activités scientifiques des jeunes chercheurs et d’acquérir des compétences pratiques pour la recherche, nous fournirons un mentorat et un soutien consultatif de scientifiques étrangers et bulgares éminents. Dix jeunes chercheurs et 4 étudiants effectueront un stage d’un mois dans des universités bien établies de l’UE et des États-Unis. 30 jeunes chercheurs auront la possibilité de présenter leurs projets de recherche et leurs résultats dans des forums dans l’UE. Nous fournirons un soutien pour 45 publications dans des publications reconnues à l’échelle internationale. Afin de promouvoir les réalisations scientifiques des jeunes chercheurs, nous organisons des «Journées des sciences médicales» et la Conférence internationale «Science et jeunesse». Le projet permettra d’accéder aux bases de données scientifiques, d’acheter des publications scientifiques, de soutenir l’accès des jeunes chercheurs aux réseaux et projets internationaux. (French)
