Кандидатът започва дейност със статут на земеделски стопанин от 13.12.2016 г. Преди това , на 12.12. 2016 година регистрира договор за аренда за срок от 10 стопански години, който влиза в сила от 01.10.2016 г. Овощните насаждения на площ от 17.008 декара - сливи, създадени през есента на 2016 година и все още не са плододаващи. При създаването им е възприета схема на засаждане 5 / 4 метра и гъстота 38 бр. на декар. Сливовото насаждение е от сорт Чачанска лепотица и е в много добро състояние.
