WSKAŹNIKI-m.in.: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym,które: -uzyskały kwalifikacje-min.24os., -pracujących-min.18os., -poszukujących pracy-min.34os. Projet dans le cadre d’un partenariat multisectoriel, avec des entités de spécialisation dans le domaine de l’observation des services d’intégration active.CEL Gł:Ponowne intégration sociale, profession et éducation de 60(36K/24M) personnes menacées de pauvreté/exclusion (conformément aux critères du gr.doc) résidant au KC dans le voïvodie, réalisée grâce à un soutien complet répondant aux besoins de l’Autorité palestinienne, pour la période I/18-V/19 REQUIREMENT: 1)Diagnostic des besoins et des potentiels individuels 2)Formation de spécialistes (juridique-citoyenneté, médiation, thérapeutique sociale) 3)Formation des compétences sociales 4)Orientation professionnelle 5)Formation d’une profession avec certification externe 6)Stage professionnel 7)Intermédiation du GROUPE Docel:-personne en dehors du marché, c’est-à-dire exposée au risque de pauvreté ou de ponctuation, y compris: (a)personne bénéficiant des prestations de l’aide au titre du paragraphe 1 du 12 mars 2004 relative à l’aide sociale ou pouvant bénéficier de l’aide sociale, c’est-à-dire remplissant le point 1 des conditions fixées à l’article 7, point z), du 12 mars 2004 relatif à l’aide sociale (notamment en raison des CONDITIONS, DU PAYS, DU SOUTIEN), B)personne handicapée; C)les personnes éligibles au troisième profil d’aide, conformément au point 20.04.2004 relatif à la promotion du marché du travail et à l’incitation du marché du travail; D)les personnes qui utilisent la SAP.
