Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa sieci ścieżek rowerowych, które będą pełniły funkcję korytarzy transportowych, będących alternatywą dla innych środków transportu. Przedsięwzięcie to inwestycja drogowa polegająca na budowie ścieżek rowerowych. W ramach inwestycji przewiduje się w szczególności roboty budowlane w branżach: drogowej, mostowej, sanitarnej – odwodnienie dróg, elektroenergetycznej – oświetlenie dróg, konstrukcyjno-budowlanej – mała architektura. Ponadto, we wszystkich koniecznych przypadkach, będą wykonane roboty branżowe związane z usunięciem kolizji ścieżek rowerowych z infrastrukturą podziemną i naziemną. Inwestycja realizowana jest w partnerstwie: Gm. Babimost, Gm. Zbąszynek, Gm. Kargowa, Pow. Zielonogórski, Pow. Świebodziński. Inwestycja usytuowana jest w woj. lubuskim na terenie gmin partnerskich, tj.: gm. Babimost, gm. Zbąszynek, gm. Kargowa. W związku z tym, iż ścieżki rowerowe zaplanowano również przy drogach powiatowych, partnerami w proj. są również pow.: zielonogórski i świebodziński. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje budowę 8 ciągów ścieżek rowerowych o łącznej dł. ok. 22 082 m w tym na terenie gminy: Babimost: 9 230 m, Zbąszynek: 7 857 m, Kargowa: 4 996 m. Inwestycja realizowana w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, tj. wyłoniony w przetargu wykonawca najpierw przygotuje pełną dokumentację projektową, a później na jej podstawie zrealizuje inwestycję. Poszczególne odcinki ścieżek łączą ze sobą poszczególne miejscowości; miejscowości z drogami krajowymi, wojewódzkimi i powiatowymi, przebiegają również odcinkowo wzdłuż tych dróg. Gł. celem projektu jest ograniczenie niskiej emisji zanieczyszczeń z sektora transportu poprzez rozwój infrastruktury rowerowej na terenie gmin: Babimost, Zbąszynek, Kargowa. The subject of the project is the construction of a network of bicycle paths, which will serve as transport corridors, which are an alternative to other modes of transport. The project is a road investment involving the construction of bicycle paths. In particular, the investment envisages construction works in the following sectors: road, bridge, sanitary – drainage of roads, electricity – illumination of roads, construction and construction – small architecture. In addition, in all cases necessary, industry work will be done to remove collisions of bicycle paths with underground and terrestrial infrastructure. The investment is carried out in partnership: GM. Babimost, Gm. Zbuszynek, Gm. Kargwa, Pow. Zielona Góra, Pow. It’s a freshman. The investment is located in lubuskie voivodship on the territory of partner municipalities, i.e.: Babimost, Gm. Zbuszynek, gm. Kargwa. Due to the fact that bicycle paths are also planned on district roads, partners in the project are also: Zielona Góra and Świbodziński. The scope of the investment includes the construction of 8 cycle tracks with a total length of approx. 22082 m including in the commune: Babimost: 9230 m, Bubbly: 7857 m, Kargowa: 4996 m. The investment carried out in the “design and build” mode, i.e. the contractor selected in the tender, will first prepare the complete project documentation, and then on the basis of it will implement the investment. The individual sections of the paths combine individual towns; villages with national, voivodeship and county roads, also run in sections along these roads. The aim of the project is to reduce low emissions of pollutants from the transport sector through the development of cycling infrastructure in municipalities: Babimost, Zbuszynki, Kargowa. Le projet concerne la construction d’un réseau de pistes cyclables, qui servira de corridors de transport en remplacement d’autres modes de transport. Le projet est un investissement routier qui consiste à construire des pistes cyclables. En particulier, l’investissement prévoit des travaux de construction dans les secteurs suivants: route, pont, assainissement — drainage des routes, électricité — éclairage des routes, construction et construction — petite architecture. En outre, dans tous les cas nécessaires, des travaux industriels liés à l’élimination des collisions entre les pistes cyclables et les infrastructures souterraines et terrestres seront réalisés. L’investissement est réalisé en partenariat: Babimost GM, Zbąszynek Gm., Kargowa Gm., Pow. Zielona Góra, Pow. C’est Saint-Pétersbourg. L’investissement est situé dans la province de Lubuskie dans des municipalités partenaires, c’est-à-dire: Babimost, Zbąszynek, Kargowa. En raison du fait que des pistes cyclables sont également prévues sur les routes de district, les partenaires du projet sont également: Zielona Górski et Stiebodziński. Le champ d’application de l’investissement comprend la construction de 8 pistes cyclables d’une longueur totale d’env. 22 082 m y compris dans la commune: Babimost: 9 230 m, Zbąszynek: 7 857 m, Kargowa: 4 996 m. Le projet réalisé en mode «conception et construction», c’est-à-dire le contractant retenu dans l’offre, préparera d’abord la documentation complète du projet, puis effectuera l’investissement sur la base de celle-ci. Des sections individuelles des sentiers relient des villes individuelles; les localités avec des routes nationales, des voïvodies et des routes de district font également partie de ces routes. L’objectif principal du projet est de réduire les faibles émissions de polluants provenant du secteur des transports en développant des infrastructures cyclables dans les municipalités: Babimost, Zbąszynek, Kargowa.
