Przedmiotem projektu jest remont i termomodernizacja 14 obiektów mieszkaniowych ( wielorodzinnych) należących do gminy oraz wspólnot mieszkaniowych,które znajduje sie na obszarze podstawowym Specjalnej Strefy Włączenia.Wybrano zakres jest zgodny z optymalnym wariantem z audytów energ, który umozliw wzrost efekt.sr. o ponad 45%. Przedsięwzięcie zrealizowane zostanie w 2019-2020 roku. Wnioskodawca dysponuje audytamienergetycznymi,dokumentacją techniczną. Zgłoszono prace planowane do wykonania. Gotowość formalno prawna, brak konieczności przeprowadzania OOŚ.Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu realizacji projektu możliwe jest wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności infrastruktury,co nie wymaga dodatkowych nakładów. Korzystanie z produktów wytworzonych w wyniku realizacji będzie możliwe bezpośrednio po zakończeniu projektu.Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie, gdzie liderem będzie Gmina, a parnterami każda z 14 Wspólnot mieszkaniowych. Lider jest koordynatorem projektu i będzie odpowiedzialna za kontakty z Urzędem Marszałkowskim. Każdy z partnerów zabezpieczy w swoim budżecie środki finansowe niezbędne na pokrycie wkładu własnego proporcjonalnie do wartości projektu w danej jednostce.Etapy realizacji:Wybór partnerów zgodnie z art. 33 ustawy wdrożeniowej oraz podpisanie umowy partnerskiej, wykonanie dokumentacji technicznej, do realizacji wyłonienie wykonawców I kw 2019 , rzeczowa realizacja projektu od II kw 2019 do III kw2020. The subject of the project is the renovation and thermal modernisation of 14 residential (multi-family) housing facilities belonging to the commune and housing communities, which are located in the primary area of the Special Inclusion Zone. The range selected is consistent with the optimal variant of energ audits, which allows an increase of the effect of.sr. by more than 45 %. The project will be implemented in 2019-2020. The applicant shall have energy audits, technical documentation. The planned work has been submitted. Legal readiness, no need for EIA.Directly after the completion of the project, it is possible to use the full functionality of the infrastructure, which does not require additional expenditure. The project will be implemented in partnership, where the leader will be the Municipality and the partners of each of the 14 Housing Communities. The leader is the project coordinator and will be responsible for contacts with the Marshal’s Office. Each partner will secure in its budget the financial resources necessary to cover its own contribution in proportion to the value of the project in a given unit.Phases of implementation:Selection of partners in accordance with Art. 33 of the Implementation Act and the signing of the Partnership Contract, implementation of technical documentation, for the implementation of contractors I quarter 2019, the actual implementation of the project from II quarter 2019 to III sq. m2020. L’objet du projet est la rénovation et la thermomodernisation de 14 bâtiments résidentiels (multifamiliaux) appartenant à la municipalité et aux communautés d’habitations, situés dans la zone de base de la zone d’inclusion spéciale.La gamme sélectionnée est conforme à l’option optimale des audits énergétiques, ce qui augmentera l’effet de.sr. de plus de 45 %. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en 2019-2020. Le demandeur doit disposer d’audits énergétiques et d’une documentation technique. Les travaux prévus ont été signalés. Préparation formelle, pas besoin d’effectuer une EIE. Directement après l’achèvement du projet, il est possible d’utiliser toute la fonctionnalité de l’infrastructure, qui ne nécessite pas de dépenses supplémentaires. L’utilisation des produits produits à la suite de la mise en œuvre sera possible immédiatement après la fin du projet. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en partenariat, où le chef de file sera la municipalité, et les parents de chacune des 14 communautés d’habitation. Le chef de projet est le coordonnateur du projet et sera responsable des contacts avec le bureau du maréchal.
