Rezultatem projektu będzie prototypowa prototypowa próbka innowacyjnego materiału izolacyjnego zdolnego do ceramizacji poprawiającej odporność materiałów na działanie ognia i wysokiej temperatury w trakcie pożaru przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu parametrów akustycznych. Rezultat projektu będzie stanowił materiał budowalny wpisujący się w KIS 5 – „Inteligentne i energooszczędne budownictwo”. Rezultat projektu charakteryzować się będzie wysokimi właściwościami użytkowymi oraz akustycznymi, dzięki czemu będzie spełniał wymogi stawiane w nowoczesnym budownictwie. Główną innowacyjnością przedmiotu projektu będzie jego zdolność do ceramizacji przez co możliwe będzie osiągnięcie wysokiej skali odporności na ogień (klasa min. B-s2, d0). Prace B+R podjęte w trakcie realizacji projektu pozwolą na opracowanie innowacyjnego w skali kraju rozwiązania, posiadającego rzadko spotykane na rynku w jednym produkcie funkcjonalności, tj. połączenie właściwości izolacji akustycznej i ognioodporności osiągnięte dzięki zdolności do ceramizacji. W wyniku przeprowadzonych prac, na Polski rynek wdrożony zostanie zaawansowane rozwiązanie cechujące się wysokim potencjałem komercjalizacyjnym, którego odbiorcami docelowymi będą przedsiębiorstwa budowlane poszukujące innowacyjnych materiałów budowalnych charakteryzujących się wysoką jakością przy zachowaniu niskiej ceny. The result of the project will be a prototype prototype sample of an innovative insulation material capable of ceramising to improve the resistance of materials to fire and high temperature during fire while maintaining acoustic parameters. The result of the project will be a building material in line with KIS 5 — “Smart and energy-efficient construction”. The result of the project will be characterised by high performance and acoustic properties, thanks to which it will meet the requirements of modern construction. The main innovation of the project’s subject will be its ability to ceramise, which will make it possible to achieve a high level of fire resistance (class B-s2, d0). R & D works undertaken during the implementation of the project will allow for the development of an innovative solution on a national scale, with rarely found functionalities on the market in one product, i.e. a combination of the properties of sound insulation and fire resistance achieved thanks to the ability to ceramise. As a result of the works carried out, the Polish market will implement an advanced solution with a high commercialisation potential, the target audience of which will be construction companies looking for innovative building materials characterised by high quality at a low price. Le résultat du projet sera un prototype d’échantillon prototype d’un matériau d’isolation innovant capable de céramiser pour améliorer la résistance des matériaux au feu et à haute température pendant le feu tout en maintenant les paramètres acoustiques. Le résultat du projet sera un matériau de construction conforme à KIS 5 — «Construire intelligente et économe en énergie». Le résultat du projet sera caractérisé par des propriétés de haute performance et acoustiques, grâce auxquelles il répondra aux exigences de la construction moderne. La principale innovation du sujet du projet sera sa capacité à céramer, ce qui permettra d’atteindre un niveau élevé de résistance au feu (classe B-s2, d0). Les travaux de R & D entrepris au cours de la mise en œuvre du projet permettront de développer une solution innovante à l’échelle nationale, avec des fonctionnalités rarement trouvées sur le marché dans un seul produit, c’est-à-dire une combinaison des propriétés de l’isolation acoustique et de la résistance au feu grâce à la capacité de céramise. Grâce aux travaux réalisés, le marché polonais mettra en œuvre une solution avancée à fort potentiel de commercialisation, dont le public cible sera des entreprises de construction à la recherche de matériaux de construction innovants caractérisés par une qualité élevée à bas prix.
