Projekt "DOBRA SZKOŁA - DOSKONAŁY PRACOWNIK” realizowany będzie w okresie 01.10.2016r. do 31.08.2018r. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności kształcenia zawodowego w Zasadniczej Szkole Zawodowej i Technikum Zawodowym WZDZ w Świnoujściu dzięki doposażeniu pracowni do nauki przedmiotów elektrycznych oraz stworzeniu warunków umożliwiających odbycie do 31.08.2018r. przez 30 uczniów praktyki zawodowej zwiększającej ich szanse na zatrudnienie na regionalnym rynku pracy.Uczestnikami Projektu(UP) będzie 30 uczniów (29-M, 1-K), kształcących się w II i III klasie ZSZ WZDZ w Świnoujściu w zawodach:elektryk,mechanik pojazdów samochodowych (19UP),kucharz (1UP) i TZ WZDZ w Świnoujściu kształcących się w zawodzie elektryk (10UP), mieszkańców woj.zach-pom./w rozumieniu przepisów KC/.UP skorzystają z kompleksowej ścieżki wsparcia obejmującej: INDYWIDUALNE (4h/os.) i GRUPOWE (3 grupy x 10 os.x 20H) PORADNICTWO ZAWODOWE - wypracują Indywidualny Plan Rozwoju Zawodowego, PRAKTYKI I STAŻE ZAWODOWE u lokalnych pracodawców.SZKOŁY doposażą pracownię do nauki przedmiotów elektrycznych w sprzęt,wyposażenie i materiały umożliwiające uczniom naukę w warunkach odzwierciedlających naturalne warunki pracy w zawodach elektrycznych.Planowane w ramach projektu działania uzupełniają standardowe działania prowadzone przez szkoły.Gł.rezultatem projektu będzie liczba szkół,które wykorzystują doposażenie zakupione w ramach EFS (2). The project “DOBRA SKOŁA – PROPERTY OF WORLD” will be carried out in the period 01.10.2016 to 31.08.2018. The main objective of the project is to improve the effectiveness of vocational training in the Vocational School of Vocational Training and Technik WZDZ in Świnoujście, thanks to the retrofitting of the laboratory for electrical subjects and the creation of conditions enabling 30 pupils to be completed by 30 pupils increasing their employability on the regional labour market. Individual (4h/person) and GROUP (3 groups x 10 os.x 20H) counselling – will develop an Individual Vocational Development Plan, PRACTICS AND STATES for local employers.Schools will equip the laboratory for studying electrical subjects with equipment, equipment and materials enabling students to learn in conditions reflecting natural working conditions in electrical professions. Le projet «DOBRA SZKOŁA — DOSKONAŁY pracownik» sera mis en œuvre entre le 1er octobre 2016 et le 31 août 2018. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer l’efficacité de l’enseignement professionnel à l’école professionnelle de base et à l’université technique professionnelle de Świnoujście en équipant l’atelier d’apprentissage des matières électriques et en créant les conditions permettant à 30 étudiants d’achever jusqu’au 31 août 2018 un stage visant à accroître leur employabilité sur le marché du travail régional. Les participants au projet (UP) seront 30 étudiants (29-M, 1-K), formés dans les 2e et 3e classes de ZSZ WZDZ à Świnoujście dans les véhicules à moteur zawodach:elektryk,mechanik Cook (1UP) et TZ WZDZ à Świnoujście, exerçant dans la profession d’électricien (10UP), résidents de voïvodie. Counseling individuel (4h/personne) et GRUPOWER (3 groupes x 10 os.x 20H) VALUE — ils élaboreront un plan individuel de perfectionnement professionnel, des pratiques et des exigences d’employeurs locaux.
