Ustawa z o zatrudnieniu socjalnym określa sposób funkcjonowania CIS. Z diagnozy klastra CIS/KIS wynika, że w woj. lubuskim istnieje niewystarczająca ilość CIS-ów, co utrudnia dostęp do kompleksowych usług osobom zagrożonym wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem,a istniejące Centra nie zapewniają w pełni kompleksowej oferty uczestnikom. Jest to możliwe jedynie w warunkach działania wszystkich CIS w jednolitym standardzie. W RPO wskazano także problem wykluczenia społecznego i ubóstwa z tendencją powielania problemów w kolejnych pokoleniach. Dlatego projekt pn. "Wystandaryzowane wsparcie osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem poprzez utworzenie nowego CIS i wsparcie 6 dotychczas istniejących CIS na terenie woj. lubuskiego." zakłada objęcie reintegracją społeczno-zawodową 280 os. zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem z woj. lubuskiego. Lider i partnerzy zrealizują poprzez działania projektowe wskazany cel główny poprzez poprawę dostępu do wystandaryzowanych usług reintegracyjnych w 6 istniejących i 1 utworzonym CIS woj. lubuskiego w czasie trwania projektu. The Social Employment Act specifies how the CIS operates. The diagnosis of the CIS/KIS cluster shows that there is insufficient CIS in the Lubuskie Voivodship, which hampers access to comprehensive services for people at risk of social exclusion and poverty, and existing Centres do not provide a fully comprehensive offer to participants. This is only possible under the operating conditions of all CIS in a uniform standard. The RPO also identified the problem of social exclusion and poverty, with a tendency to duplicate problems in successive generations. That’s why Project Mon. “The standardised support for people at risk of social exclusion and poverty through the creation of a new CIS and supporting the 6 existing CIS in Lubuskie Voivodship” implies that 280 people at risk of social exclusion and poverty from the Lubuskie Voivodship should be reintegrated into social and occupational reintegration. The leader and partners will achieve through the project activities the main objective by improving access to standardised reintegration services in the existing 6 and 1 created CIS of Lubuskie voivodship during the project. La loi sur l’emploi social définit le fonctionnement de la CEI. Le diagnostic du groupe CIS/SIC montre qu’il y a un nombre insuffisant de SIC dans la région de Lubuskie, ce qui rend difficile l’accès à des services complets pour les personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale et de pauvreté, et les centres existants n’offrent pas une offre complète aux participants. Cela n’est possible que dans les conditions d’exploitation de tous les SIC selon une norme uniforme. Le ROP a également identifié le problème de l’exclusion sociale et de la pauvreté avec une tendance à la duplication des problèmes au cours des générations suivantes. C’est pourquoi le projet «Soutien normalisé aux personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale et de pauvreté par la création d’une nouvelle CEI et le soutien à la 6 CEI existante dans la province de Lubuskie» suppose l’inclusion de 280 personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale et de pauvreté de la province de Lubuskie. Le chef de file et les partenaires mettront en œuvre, dans le cadre des activités du projet, l’objectif principal énoncé en améliorant l’accès aux services de réinsertion normalisés dans 6 SIC existants et un SIC créé de la province de Lubuskie pendant la durée du projet.
