Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji cyfrowych u 4370 osób stanowiących ok. 1,2 % populacji gmin objętych projektem. Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie działań informacyjno – promocyjnych,rekrutację, w tym ocenę umiejętności i identyfikację indywidualnych potrzeb szkoleniowych, realizację szkoleń z zakresu kompetencji cyfrowych, utworzenie 41 PIAP oraz stworzenie ponadregionalnej sieci współpracy 70 Liderów Cyfrowych. Plan działań edukacyjnych oparty został na przeprowadzonych diagnozach lokalnych 41 gmin województw świętokrzyskiego i śląskiego. Trwałość osiąganych rezultatów zostanie zapewniona poprzez sieć współpracy 70 lokalnych Liderów Cyfrowych wspieranych przez największą organizację skautową w Polsce. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na zwiększenie kompetencji cyfrowych wśród 4370 osób, z których min., 5 % stanowić będą osoby niepełnosprawne.Dzięki zastosowaniu kompetencyjnego modelu szkolenia ćwiczone umiejętności będą wykorzystywane w codziennych czynnościach takich jak załatwianie spraw urzędowych. Dzięki współpracy z jednostkami samorządu terytorialnego na poziomie gminy i województwa wzrośnie liczba spraw załatwianych drogą elektroniczną, poprawi się także komunikacja na linii klient – urząd. Wzmocnienie kompetencji cyfrowych, zwłaszcza wśród grup wiekowych 44+ pozwoli na podniesienie efektywności oraz skrócenie czasu załatwiania podstawowych spraw, takich jak prowadzenie konta w banku,założenie profili na platformie ePUAP, korzystanie z komunikatorów i mediów społecznościowych,robienie bezpiecznych zakupów na odległość, czy tworzenia własnych treści w postaci bloga, strony WWW, prostego sklepu internetowego. Dopełnieniem realizacji projektu jest stworzenie sieci lokalnych punktów dostępu do Internetu PIAP, w każdej z gmin objętych projektem, umiejscowionych w gminnych bibliotekach, szkołach lub urzędach. PIAP dostępne będą dla każdej osoby, która będzie chciała skorzystać z Internetu, w granicach obowiązującego prawa. Projekt potrwa 36miesięcy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase digital competencies in 4370 people representing approx. 1.2 % of the population of municipalities covered by the project. The project involves carrying out information and promotional activities, recruitment, including skills assessment and identification of individual training needs, implementation of trainings in the field of digital competences, creation of 41 PIAPs and creation of a trans-regional network of 70 Digital Leaders. The plan of educational activities was based on local diagnosis of 41 communes of Świętokrzyskie and Śląskie voivodships. The sustainability of the results will be ensured through a network of 70 local Digital Leaders supported by the largest scout organisation in Poland. The implementation of the project will allow to increase digital competence among 4370 people, of whom at least 5 % will be disabled.Thanks to the use of a competent model of training, the trained skills will be used in everyday activities such as handling of official matters. Thanks to cooperation with local government units at the level of the commune and voivodship, the number of matters dealt with electronically will increase, as well as the communication on the client-office line. Strengthening digital competences, especially among 44+ age groups, will increase efficiency and reduce the time to deal with basic issues such as bank account management, ePUAP profiles, the use of instant messaging and social media, making safe distance shopping, or creating your own content in the form of a blog, a website, a simple online store. The completion of the project is the creation of a network of local PIAP Internet access points, in each of the municipalities covered by the project, located in municipal libraries, schools or offices. PIAPs will be available to any person who wishes to use the Internet, within the limits of the applicable law. The project will last 36 months. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les compétences numériques pour 4 370 personnes représentant environ. 1,2 % de la population des municipalités couvertes par le projet. Le projet comprend la réalisation d’activités d’information et de promotion, le recrutement, y compris l’évaluation des compétences et l’identification des besoins individuels en matière de formation, la formation aux compétences numériques, la création de 41 PIAP et la création d’un réseau de coopération transrégionale de 70 leaders numériques. Le plan d’action pédagogique était basé sur le diagnostic local de 41 communes de Świętokrzyskie et Śląskie voïvodie. La durabilité des résultats sera assurée par un réseau de 70 leaders numériques locaux soutenus par la plus grande organisation scoute de Pologne. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra d’accroître les compétences numériques de 4 370 personnes, dont au moins 5 % seront des personnes handicapées. Grâce à l’application du modèle de compétence de formation, les compétences mises en pratique seront utilisées dans des activités quotidiennes telles que le traitement des affaires officielles. Grâce à la coopération avec les administrations locales au niveau municipal et voïvodie, le nombre d’affaires traitées par voie électronique augmentera et la communication sur la ligne client-bureau sera améliorée. Le renforcement des compétences numériques, en particulier parmi les groupes d’âge de plus de 44 ans, contribuera à accroître l’efficacité et à réduire le temps nécessaire pour traiter des questions de base telles que la tenue d’un compte à la banque, l’établissement de profils sur la plateforme ePUAP, l’utilisation de la messagerie instantanée et des médias sociaux, la réalisation d’achats à distance sécurisés ou la création de votre propre contenu sous la forme d’un blog, d’un site web, d’une simple boutique en ligne. Le projet est complété par la création d’un réseau de points d’accès Internet PIAP locaux, dans chacune des municipalités couvertes par le projet, situés dans des bibliothèques, des écoles ou des bureaux municipaux. Les PIAP seront mis à la disposition de toute personne souhaitant utiliser Internet, dans les limites de la loi applicable. Le projet durera 36 mois. (French)
