"АК ЕЛЕКТРИК" АД е дружество, специализирано в проектиране и производство на електрически табла за контрол и управление на машини и съоръжения, комплектни разпределителни уредби за ниско, средно и високо напрежение, предназначени за производство и разпределение на електрическа енергия и е работодател на 498 души-целева група на настоящия проект.Общата цел на проекта е "Да се подобри работната среда в "АК ЕЛЕКТРИК" АД посредством осигуряването на добри и безопасни условия на труд, ефективни и гъвкави форми на организация на труд и управлението на човешките ресурси, водещи до подобряване качеството на работните места и повишаване на производителността на труда в предприятието."В рамките на проектното предложение са планирани за реализация следните дейности:Дейност 1: Разработване, адаптиране и въвеждане на системи за развитие на човешките ресурси в предприятието, в резултат на която ще бъдат въведени в действие системи за развитие на човешките ресурси,в т.ч. оптимизиране на работните процеси посредством гъвкави форми на заетост и практики за по-лесно съвместяване на професионалния, семейния и личния живот, както и удължаване на трудовия живот на по-възрастните работници и служители, ще бъдат въведени иновативни модели за организация на труда, насочени към повишаване на производителността и опазване на околната среда;Дейност 2: Осигуряване на безопасни и здравословни условия на труд, подобряване на професионалния и здравния статус на работниците и служителите - в рамките на която е планирано закупуване на колективни средства на защита(под-дейност 1) и ЛПС и специално работно облекло (под-дейност 2)Дейност 3: Организация и управление на проекта с резултат обезпечена ефективна организация на изпълнението на проекта;Дейност 4: Информиране и публичност, в резултат на която ще бъдат осигурени мерки за информиране и публичност в съответствие с приложимите изисквания и указания за прилагане на правилата за информация и комуникация 2014-2020 г. “AK ELECTRIK” JSC is a company specialised in the design and production of electrical panels for control and management of machines and equipment, complete distribution systems for low, medium and high voltage, designed for the production and distribution of electricity and is an employer of 498 people — target group of this project. The general objective of the project is “To improve the working environment in”AK ELECTRIK“JSC by providing good and safe working conditions, efficient and flexible forms of work organisation and human resources management leading to improvement of the quality of the workplaces and increasing the productivity of labor in the enterprise.”In the framework of the project proposal the following activities are planned for realisation: Action 1: Development, adaptation and implementation of human resources development systems in the enterprise, as a result of which human resources development systems will be implemented, including optimisation of work processes through flexible forms of employment and practices for easier reconciliation of work, family and private life, as well as extension of working life of older workers, innovative models of work organisation aimed at increasing productivity and protecting the environment will be introduced;Action 2: Ensuring occupational safety and health, improving the occupational and health status of employees — within which collective remedies are planned to be purchased (sub-activity 1) and PPE and special workwear (sub-activity 2)Action 3: Organisation and management of the project with the result secured effective organisation of the implementation of the project;Action 4: Information and publicity, as a result of which information and publicity measures will be provided in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for the application of the rules on information and communication 2014-2020. «AK Electrik» JSC est une société spécialisée dans la conception et la production de panneaux électriques pour le contrôle et la gestion des machines et des équipements, des systèmes complets de distribution pour basse, moyenne et haute tension, conçu pour la production et la distribution d’électricité et est un employeur de 498 personnes — groupe cible de ce projet. L’objectif général du projet est «Améliorer l’environnement de travail dans»AK Electrik«JSC en fournissant des conditions de travail bonnes et sûres, des formes efficaces et flexibles d’organisation du travail et de gestion des ressources humaines conduisant à l’amélioration de la qualité des lieux de travail et à l’augmentation de la productivité du travail dans l’entreprise.»Dans le cadre de la proposition de projet, les activités suivantes sont prévues pour la réalisation: Action 1: Le développement, l’adaptation et la mise en œuvre de systèmes de mise en valeur des ressources humaines dans l’entreprise, à la suite desquels des systèmes de mise en valeur des ressources humaines seront mis en œuvre, y compris l’optimisation des processus de travail grâce à des formes flexibles d’emploi et des pratiques permettant de concilier plus facilement le travail, la vie familiale et la vie privée, ainsi que l’extension de la vie professionnelle des travailleurs âgés, des modèles novateurs d’organisation du travail visant à accroître la productivité et à protéger l’environnement seront introduits; Assurer la sécurité et la santé au travail, améliorer la situation professionnelle et sanitaire des salariés — dans le cadre desquels des recours collectifs sont prévus (sous-activité 1), EPI et vêtements de travail spéciaux (sous-activité 2)Action 3: L’organisation et la gestion du projet avec le résultat obtenu une organisation efficace de la mise en œuvre du projet;Action 4: Information et publicité, à la suite desquelles des mesures d’information et de publicité seront fournies conformément aux exigences et lignes directrices applicables pour l’application des règles en matière d’information et de communication 2014-2020.
