„Балкантел“ ООД е проектно-ориентирана инженерингова компания, създадена през 1990 г. и специализирана в производството на електрически съоръжения, иновативни продукти и технологии, както следва:- системи за управление и контрол на въздушната навигация и кацане, с приложения в гражданската и военната авиация;- специализирани военни комуникационни и навигационни системи;- жп системи за сигнализация;- системи за сигурност с приложение в жп транспорта, военновъздушните сили, гражданската авиация, енергетика;- системи за автоматизация и контрол;- прецизна измервателна апаратура;- телекомуникационни системи за граждански цели.Компанията се е налoжила като водещ системен интегратор и изпълнител на проекти в целия им жизнен цикъл – проектиране, доставка, инсталация, интеграция, курсове на обучение, поддръжка.През последните години компанията налага на пазара специализиран продукт - система за мониторинг на управление на високоотговорни процеси, в т.ч критични информационни инфраструктури. Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда извършване на инвестиция в ДМА - Стенд за автоматизирано тестване и съхранение на системи за мониторинг на високоотговорни комуникации. След въвеждане в експлоатация на новото оборудване се очаква да се постигнат следните резултати:- съкращаване 3 пъти времето за производство на единица продукт,- повишаване капацитета за производство на системи за мониторинг на управление на високоотговорни процеси, в т.ч критични информационни инфраструктури /вкл. система UMBRELLA – основен продукт в портфолиото на кандидата/;- осигуряване на устойчив ръст на приходите на фирмата в т.ч. приходите от износ. “Balkantel” Ltd. is a project-oriented engineering company, established in 1990 and specialised in the production of electrical equipment, innovative products and technologies, as follows:- systems for air navigation and landing control, with applications in civil and military aviation; — specialised military communication and navigation systems; — railway signalling systems; — security systems with application in railway transport, air force, civil aviation, energy;- automation and control systems;- precise measuring equipment;- telecommunication systems for civil use. The company has established itself as a leading system integrator and project contractor throughout their life cycle — design, delivery, installation, integration, training courses, maintenance. In recent years, the company has imposed on the market a specialised product — a system for monitoring high-responsible processes management, including critical information infrastructures. This project proposal provides for an investment in FTA — Stand for automated testing and storage of systems for monitoring of high-responsible communications. After commissioning of the new equipment, the following results are expected to be achieved: — shortening 3 times the production time per unit of product, — increasing the production capacity of systems for monitoring management of highly responsible processes, including critical information infrastructures (including UMBRELLA system — main product in the applicant’s portfolio); — ensuring sustainable growth of the company’s revenues, including export revenues. «BALKANTEL» Ltd. est une société d’ingénierie orientée projet, créée en 1990 et spécialisée dans la production d’équipements électriques, de produits et de technologies innovants, comme suit:- systèmes de navigation aérienne et de contrôle de l’atterrissage, avec des applications dans l’aviation civile et militaire; — systèmes de communication et de navigation militaires spécialisés; — systèmes de signalisation ferroviaire; — systèmes de sécurité avec applications dans le transport ferroviaire, la force aérienne, l’aviation civile, l’énergie;- systèmes d’automatisation et de contrôle; équipement de mesure précis;- systèmes de télécommunication à usage civil. L’entreprise s’est imposée comme un intégrateur de système leader et entrepreneur de projet tout au long de leur cycle de vie — conception, livraison, installation, intégration, formation, maintenance. Au cours des dernières années, l’entreprise a imposé sur le marché un produit spécialisé — un système de surveillance de la gestion des processus hautement responsables, y compris les infrastructures d’information critiques. Cette proposition de projet prévoit un investissement dans l’ALE — Stand pour les essais automatisés et le stockage des systèmes de surveillance des communications hautement responsables. Après la mise en service du nouvel équipement, les résultats suivants devraient être obtenus: — raccourcir trois fois le temps de production par unité de produit, — augmenter la capacité de production des systèmes de surveillance de la gestion des processus hautement responsables, y compris les infrastructures d’information critiques (y compris le système UMBRELLA — principal produit du portefeuille du demandeur); — assurer une croissance durable des revenus de l’entreprise, y compris les recettes d’exportation.
