Проектното предложение представя инвестиционните намерения на ЕТ "АСМП-К-ИП-д-р Георги Николов" за закупуване на медицинско оборудване - преносим и стационарен цветен ехограф и 6 канален ЕКГ апарат за извършване на основни кардиоехографски дейности в медицинската практика на д-р Николов в община Белоградчик, обл. Видин.Лекарската практика е регистрирана с код по КИД 86.22 „Дейности на лекари специалисти".Наличен е договор № 29-05-0213/11.05.2018г с Районна здравноосигурителна каса за оказване на специализирана извънболнична медицинска помощ по кардиоревматология.За извършване на дейността си д-р Николов, който е лекар специалист по вътрешни болести и кардиоревматология разполага с договор за наем на помещение с "Медицински център-Белоградчик" ЕООД, подходящо за извършваната дейност.В община Белоградчик и околните общини - Димово, Кула, Чупрене, Грамада, които също са селски общини, както и община Белоградчик и прилежащите към тях населени места няма друг лекар кардиолог. Най-близкото населено място с лекар специалист е в гр. Видин, но за граничните селища в околността предоставянето на специализирани услуги по кардиология е в единствената практика на д-р Николов, за която наличието на модерно оборудване е от първостепенна необходимост за точна и правилна диагностика. Очакваните резултати от изпълнението на проекта са пряко свързани с очакваните резултати на процедурата, а именно:1. Подпомагането на инвестициите за развитие на услуги в неземеделски дейности, което е от съществено значение за развитието на конкурентоспособността на селските райони.2. Насърчаването на инвестиционните дейности ще ускори диверсификацията на неземеделските дейности в региона.3. Подпомагане развитието на технологиите в областта за намаляване на вредните емисии и отпадъците, в изпълнение на политиката за опазване на околната среда.4. Подпомагане на иновациите в областта на услугите в селските райони. (Bulgarian)

The project proposal presents the investment intentions of ET “ASMP-K-IP-Dr. Georgi Nikolov” for the purchase of medical equipment — portable and stationary color ultrasound and 6 channel ECG apparatus for performing basic cardioeographic activities in the medical practice of Dr. Nikolov in the municipality of Belogradchik, region. Vidin.The medical practice is registered with code under KID 86.22 “Activities of medical specialists”. Contract No 29-05-0213/11.05.2018 with the District Health Insurance Fund for providing specialised outpatient medical care in cardiorevmatology is available. Dr. Nikolov, who is a specialist doctor in internal diseases and cardiorevmatology, has a contract for renting a room with “Medical Center-Belogradchik” Ltd. in the municipality of Belogradchik and the surrounding municipalities — Dimovo, Kula, Chuprene, Gramada, which are also rural municipalities, as well as the municipality of Belogradchik and the surrounding settlements, there is no other doctor cardiologist. The closest location with a specialist doctor is in the town of Vidin, but for the border settlements in the area, the provision of specialised cardiology services is in the only practice of Dr. Nikolov, for which the availability of modern equipment is of primary necessity for accurate and correct diagnosis. The expected results of the project are directly linked to the expected results of the procedure, namely:1. Support for investment in the development of services in non-agricultural activities, which is essential for the development of the competitiveness of rural areas.2. The promotion of investment activities will accelerate the diversification of non-agricultural activities in the region.3. Support the development of technologies in the field of reducing harmful emissions and waste, in implementation of environmental policy.4. Supporting service innovation in rural areas. (English)

La proposition de projet présente les intentions d’investissement de l’ET «ASMP-K-IP-Dr Georgi Nikolov» pour l’achat d’équipements médicaux — ultrasons portables et fixes de couleur et appareils ECG 6 canaux pour effectuer des activités cardio-graphiques de base dans la pratique médicale du Dr Nikolov dans la municipalité de Belogradchik, région. Vidin.La pratique médicale est enregistrée sous le code KID 86.22 «Activités des médecins spécialistes». Contrat no 29-05-0213/11.05.2018 avec la Caisse d’Assurance Maladie de District pour la prestation de soins médicaux ambulatoires spécialisés en cardiorevmatologie est disponible. Dr Nikolov, médecin spécialiste en maladies internes et cardiorevmatologie, a un contrat de location d’une chambre avec «Medical Center-Belogradchik» Ltd. dans la municipalité de Belogradchik et les municipalités environnantes — Dimovo, Kula, Chuprene, Gramada, qui sont également des municipalités rurales, ainsi que la municipalité de Belogradchik et les colonies environnantes, il n’y a pas d’autre médecin cardiologue. La promotion des activités d’investissement accélérera la diversification des activités non agricoles dans la région.3. Soutenir le développement de technologies dans le domaine de la réduction des émissions et des déchets nocifs, dans la mise en œuvre de la politique environnementale.4. Soutenir l’innovation en matière de services dans les zones rurales. (French)
