През последните години в сектора на кравето и овчето мляко изпитват сериозни трудности. Ниски изкупни цени, несигурен пазар и постоянно нарастващи разходи са част от тях. В България положението е още по-сериозно поради липсата на организираност в сектора. Точно поради тази причина съдружниците в Средец милк се събират и решават да се обединят в организация на производители. Основен фокус на организацията ще бъде да поеме всички дейности, извън прякото производство, а именно обучения, международни обмени консултации, посредничество при договаряне и органзиране на продажбата на сурово мляко, съдействие на членовете при контактите им с държавни и общински служби и др. За тази цел организацията ще наема специалисти и експерти, които да предложат съответните услуги на членовете й. С цел развитие на органзиацията ще се работи в посока увеличаване на млечността на стадата на членовете, както и броя притежавани животни. В подкрепа на това цел ще се организират посещения на изложения в България и Европа. Синхрона при работата в екип е много важен и поради тази причина ще се организира посещение за обмяна на опит с работеща група/органзиация на производители призната в сектор мляко от България и ЕС. In recent years, the cow’s milk and sheep’s milk sector have experienced serious difficulties. Low purchase prices, uncertain market and ever-increasing costs are part of them. In Bulgaria, the situation is even more serious due to the lack of organisation in the sector. That is precisely why the partners in Sredets Milk gather and decide to join together in a producer organisation. The main focus of the organisation will be to take over all activities other than direct production, namely trainings, international exchanges, mediation in negotiating and organising the sale of raw milk, assistance to members in their contacts with state and municipal services, etc. For this purpose, the organisation will hire specialists and experts to offer the relevant services to its members. In order to develop the organisation will work towards increasing the milkiness of the members’ herds, as well as the number of animals held. Visits to the exhibitions in Bulgaria and Europe will be organised in support of this objective. The synchronisation of teamwork is very important and therefore a visit will be organised to exchange experience with a working group/organisation of producers recognised in the milk sector from Bulgaria and the EU. Ces dernières années, le secteur du lait de vache et du lait de brebis a connu de graves difficultés. Les prix d’achat bas, le marché incertain et les coûts toujours plus élevés en font partie. En Bulgarie, la situation est encore plus grave en raison du manque d’organisation dans ce secteur. C’est précisément la raison pour laquelle les partenaires de Sredets Milk se rassemblent et décident de s’associer à une organisation de producteurs. L’objectif principal de l’organisation sera de reprendre toutes les activités autres que la production directe, à savoir les formations, les échanges internationaux, la médiation dans la négociation et l’organisation de la vente de lait cru, l’assistance aux membres dans leurs contacts avec les services publics et municipaux, etc. À cette fin, l’organisation engagera des spécialistes et des experts pour offrir les services pertinents à ses membres. Des visites des expositions en Bulgarie et en Europe seront organisées à l’appui de cet objectif. La synchronisation du travail d’équipe est très importante et une visite sera donc organisée afin d’échanger des expériences avec un groupe de travail/organisation de producteurs reconnus dans le secteur laitier de Bulgarie et de l’UE.
