Настоящото проектно предложениe има за цел откриването на 6 нови работни места в "Бизконсулт адвайзър" ЕООД, след изпълнение на набор от дейности, свързани с подбора на човешките ресурси, тяхното обучение и техническо обезпечаване.Целева група:Общо 6 безработни и неактивни лица от Столична община и региона, от които минимум 50% (3бр.) влизат в поне една от следните специфични категории:-Безработни лица с ниска степен на образование (под ISCED 313);-Продължително безработни и неактивни лица;-Безработни лица на възраст над 54г.;-Безработни младежи до 29г. вкл.; От общия брой лица поне 50% ще са до 29г. вкл.; Дейности:1.Наемане на работа на неактивни и безработни лица и осигуряване на устойчива заетост;2.Закупуване на необходимото техническо оборудване, като инвестиция в работните места;3.Предоставяне на професионалната обучение по част от професия 343010 Финансист ;4.Предоставяне на обучение по ключови компетенции по „Дигитална компетентност“ и „Общуване на чужди езици";5.Дейности по информираност и публичност;6.Дейности за организация и управление на проекта.Планирани резултати:Безработни и неактивни участници, включени в проектните дейности и наети на работа – 6 лица;Безработни и неактивни участници, които при напускане на операцията придобиват квалификация – 6 лица;Безработни и неактивни участници, които при напускане на операцията имат работа – минимум 3 лица;Устойчивост:Минимум 50% (3) от новоразкритите работни места ще бъдат запазени за мин. 12 месеца, без прекъсване, след като приключат дейностите по проекта. Проектното предложение е в съответствие с нуждите на цел. група по отношение на осигуряване на заетост, стабилни доходи, повишена квалификация и конкурентноспособност на пазара на труда, социално сближаване по отношение на социално-икономическия им статус и развитие. This project proposal aims at the creation of 6 new jobs in “Bizconsult Adviser” Ltd., after the implementation of a set of activities related to the selection of human resources, their training and technical support. Target group: A total of 6 unemployed and inactive persons from Sofia Municipality and the region, of which a minimum of 50 % (3 pieces) fall into at least one of the following specific categories: — Unemployed with low level of education (under ISCED 313);-Continuously unemployed and inactive persons;- Unemployed persons aged 54;- Unemployed people up to 29. Of the total number of persons at least 50 % will be up to 29 years old; Activities:1.Employment of inactive and unemployed persons and ensuring sustainable employment;2.Purchasing the necessary technical equipment as an investment in jobs;3.Provision of vocational training in part of profession 343010 Financeist;4.Provision of training on key competences in “Digital Competence” and “Communication of Foreign Languages”;5.Activities in awareness and publicity; 6.Activities for organisation and management of the project. Planned results: Unemployed and inactive participants involved in the project activities and employed — 6 persons; Unemployed and inactive participants who upon leaving the operation acquire qualification — 6 persons; Unemployed and inactive participants, who upon leaving the operation have a job — a minimum of 3 persons;Sustainability: Minimum 50 % (3) of the newly opened jobs will be reserved for min. 12 months, without interruption, after completion of the project activities. The project proposal is in line with the needs of a group in terms of securing employment, stable incomes, increased skills and competitiveness in the labour market, social cohesion in terms of their socio-economic status and development. Groupe cible: 6 chômeurs et inactifs de la municipalité de Sofia et de la région, dont un minimum de 50 % (3 pièces) relèvent d’au moins une des catégories spécifiques suivantes: — Chômeurs ayant un faible niveau d’instruction (sous CITE 313);- Personnes au chômage et inactives;- Personnes sans emploi âgées de 54 ans;- Chômeurs jusqu’à 29 ans. Sur le nombre total de personnes, au moins 50 % auront jusqu’à 29 ans; Activities:1.Employment de personnes inactives et sans emploi et d’assurer un emploi durable;2.Acheter les équipements techniques nécessaires en tant qu’investissement dans l’emploi;3.Proposition de formation professionnelle dans une partie de la profession 343010 Financeur;4.Proposition de formation sur les compétences clés en matière de «compétence numérique» et «Communication des langues étrangères»;5.Activités de sensibilisation et de publicité; 6.Activités d’organisation et de gestion du projet. Résultats escomptés: participants inactifs et inactifs impliqués dans les activités du projet et employés — 6 personnes; les participants sans emploi et inactifs qui, à la sortie de l’opération, acquièrent une qualification — 6 personnes; Les participants chômeurs et inactifs qui, au moment de la cessation de l’opération, ont un emploi — un minimum de 3 personnes; Durabilité: Au minimum 50 % (3) des emplois nouvellement ouverts seront réservés pour une durée minimale de 12 mois, sans interruption, après l’achèvement des activités du projet. La proposition de projet est conforme aux besoins d’un groupe en termes de sécurité d’emploi, de stabilité des revenus, d’amélioration des compétences et de compétitivité sur le marché du travail, de cohésion sociale en termes de statut socio-économique et de développement.
