Характерът на работните процеси и различните работни места във фирмата(продължително време седящи, правостоящи,изложени на вредни въздействия) изисква непрекъснато подновяване, надгражане и модернизация на средствата за колективна защита и личните предпазни средства за работниците, за да се гарантира тяхното здраве и безопасност.Проектът предвижда дейности от всички категории допустими дейности на настоящата процедура, за да могат да бъдат обхванати макс. брой от работниците и служителите и да се подобри цялостно работната среда и качеството на заетостта в предприятието. Така ще се осигури максимален, устойчив и дългосрочен ефект от реализацията на проекта по отношение на подобряване качеството на работните места и осигуряване на здравословни и безопасни условия на труд.Изпълнението на планираните по проекта дейности ще има следните положителни резултати:Въвеждането на система за РЧР ще подобри организацията на труда и управлението на човешките ресурси.Организирането на транспорт за живеещите извън Русе работници ще повиши тяхната мобилност и нивото на устойчива заетостС инвестициите в средства за колективна защита–промишлена прахосмукачка, ергономични столове и маси, съобразени с нуждите на отделните работни места, климатици за подобряване на микроклимата, общо и локално осветление, подмяна на дограмата на производствения цех и външен парапет ще се подобри безопасността и здравословността на труда. Личните предпазни средства ще намалят риска от трудов травматизъм за конкретните работни местаС оборудването на стаята за хранене и почивка ще се осигурят условия за пълноценна почивка за работниците, включително лицe с увреждания от целевата групаЦелева група по проекта са 52 от общо 55-те работещи в производството (работни позиции-шивач, гладач, перач, крояч, работник спомагателна дейност, опаковач, технолог, окачествител, експедитор) и администрацията на фирмата. The nature of the work processes and the various workplaces in the company (long sitting, standing, exposed to harmful effects) requires continuous renewal, over-governing and modernisation of collective protection and personal protective equipment for workers in order to ensure their health and safety. The project provides for activities of all categories of eligible activities of this procedure in order to be able to cover the maximum number of employees and to improve the overall working environment and the quality of employment in the enterprise. This will ensure maximum, sustainable and long-term impact of the project in terms of improving the quality of the workplaces and ensuring health and safety at work. The implementation of the activities planned under the project will have the following positive results: The introduction of a system for HRD will improve the organisation of work and human resources management. The organisation of transport for workers living outside of Ruse will increase their mobility and the level of sustainable employment.The investments in collective protection funds — industrial vacuum cleaner, ergonomic chairs and tables, tailored to the needs of the individual workplaces, air conditioners to improve the microclimate, general and local lighting, replacement of the window protection — industrial vacuum cleaner, ergonomic chairs and tables, tailored to the needs of individual workplaces, air conditioners to improve the microclimate, general and local lighting, replacement of the windows of the production will improve the work and the outdoor work will improve the work and the outdoor work. La nature des processus de travail et des différents lieux de travail de l’entreprise (assise longue, debout, exposés à des effets nocifs) nécessite un renouvellement continu, une gouvernance excessive et la modernisation des équipements de protection collective et de protection individuelle des travailleurs afin d’assurer leur santé et leur sécurité. Le projet prévoit des activités de toutes les catégories d’activités éligibles de cette procédure afin de pouvoir couvrir le maximum d’employés et d’améliorer l’environnement de travail global et la qualité de l’emploi dans l’entreprise. Cela garantira un impact maximal, durable et à long terme du projet en termes d’amélioration de la qualité des lieux de travail et d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail. La mise en œuvre des activités prévues dans le cadre du projet aura les résultats positifs suivants: L’introduction d’un système de DRH améliorera l’organisation du travail et la gestion des ressources humaines. L’organisation des transports pour les travailleurs vivant en dehors de l’utilisation augmentera leur mobilité et le niveau d’emploi durable.Les investissements dans les fonds de protection collective — aspirateur industriel, chaises et tables ergonomiques, adaptées aux besoins des différents lieux de travail, climatiseurs pour améliorer le microclimat, éclairage général et local, remplacement de la protection des fenêtres — aspirateur industriel, chaises et tables ergonomiques, adaptés aux besoins des lieux de travail individuels, climatiseurs pour améliorer le microclimat, éclairage général et local, remplacement des fenêtres de la production améliorera le travail et le travail extérieur améliorera le travail et le travail extérieur.
